Last week, I ordered ONE women's small Detroit Lions t-shirt. I ordered them on the Walmart site. Today, I received THREE of the exact same shirt. ??? I was able to return one at the store today. I will keep one for myself. The last shirt, I would like to return with a refund and NOT pay shipping and handling. I don't know who was working the day that they were taking the orders but maybe they shouldn't come to work stoned.

The ‘heavy cotton’ long sleeve shirt that I ordered was so thin I could see through it. I bought this as a gift which WILL NOT be given. I will not be ordering from this company again.

DO NOT BUY FROM TEES BY ARTIX!!! They sent me 2 t-shirts where the logo on the front was not centered. They said they would refund my money but would not supply a shipping label to send it back to them. Said I had to pay return shipping. Really!? I have to pay return shipping to send them a defective item that they never should have sold?!! They also offered a 50% refund if i wanted to keep the shirts. Ummm....NO!! I will say that they are very courteous in email when they tell you they won't pay for shipping. But that's no consolation. I have contacted Walmart.com and they are involved now. I just got an email from Artix wanting pics of the items AGAIN. We are back to where we already were. I stressed to Walmart.com that they should remove this company from their marketplace. What a crap company!! DO NOT BUY FROM TEES BY ARTIX!!!

A truly terrible company to work with. They shorted my order, then took almost 2 months to process a refund. I had to pay my own shipping to return the poor quality items and then they told me they weren't going to refund my money! I had to threaten lodging a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. Do NOT buy anything from this company!
