Should be a zero stars for review. I ordered a battery backup unit through Technology Galaxy on the Walmart marketplace, needed urgently. Listing said it was in stock, delivery in 2 days. I ordered, and in 2 days I had no shipping info still. I contacted them though Walmart contact form, and then the next day they cancelled the order. So their inventory was wrong on the site, they did nothing to contact me despite a rush order, and then just cancelled without any contact. Neither reliable nor good customer service.
Would be zero. These scam artists take zero accountability for anything. Bought a package through a market place. They charged me 130$ for overnight shipping. Then proceeded to ship it via USPS. Not Fedex, not UPS, the effing post office. And now its still in California, but somehow going to magically show up to my office in Philadelphia, get this, today. 4 days, 130 dollars shipping for a 200 fuser kit for a printer. Con artists, hacks, scammers. They also do not seem to care about the numerous 1 star reviews they have. Walmart, amazon and every other company should remove them. DO NOT BUY from this company
I ordered a monitor from Technology Galaxy that never arrived.
I left extra time to allow for difficulties during the pandemic, and finally contacted them asking for a delivery date. They said they'd trace the shipment and asked if I'd cancel if the order was lost. I then asked them if them for confirmation of shipping and never got a response. After waiting a few more days, my trust in this vendor was gone, and I called my credit card company to initiate a dispute, and got my payment returned. I placed a new order on Amazon, and had the monitor in a few days (at a cheaper price).
Based on my experience, I have to recommend avoiding doing business with Technology Galaxy.
This failure to effectively screen their vendors reflects poorly on Walmart.
Horrible customer service. Item never showed up.
I ordered a JENSEN cassette recorder from Walmart plus 8 cassette tapes. I received the recorder on march 14. I am still waiting for the tapes. I have not got an e-mail explaining what happened. I suspect some one changed my zip code number. My correct address is
