I ordered headphones for $100 and they send me a tracking number and the estimated date of delivery. When I looked up the tracking number, USPS said they did not receive the package. The package should have been delivered yesterday, but I did not get anything. I did not get any information about where my package is. I feel like I got scammed. I contacted Tech2date, but did not get an answer yet. I will update my post as soon as I have more information.
Won't take a chance---they advertise using pictures of OEM packaging/product--based on reviews will I really get what I order. No Thanks

Bought headphones,never said they were refurbished! Package says ready for reuse! Gross!!
Ordered a new case and they sent me a used/refurbished one. It even says On the packing slip that it is ready for reuse.
Was not sent what I ordered. When I reached out I was not even given the option to exchange for the correct item. This seller has a record of sending the wrong items. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered a refurbished otterbox for iPad Pro 12.9”. It was clearly stated for that size. It was very reasonable priced however it took well over a week to arrive and the one I received was the wrong size. I emailed them on Friday afternoon and took into account that it was Memorial Day weekend, so didn’t expect anything until Tuesday morning. After 4 Tuesday afternoon the email I received said they “shipped me the wrong one and would I like the correct one sent?” I immediately replied with yes I want the right one that I paid for and what do I do with the one I have. They have not contacted me again, so I don’t if I’m getting the correct case or not or if I’m out $30 while my iPad goes unprotected. Worse customer care I’ve experienced. The case I received is of good quality but because of the lack communication I won’t order from this company again or recommend it. Wish there was a less than 1 star rating.
