I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased a printer. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I ordered a printer through Walmart.com. when I received it, it was missing the ink. It stated very clearly that the printer would be shipped with both black and color ink. Walmart was no help even though I went through their website to order it. Tech mall called me a liar and said I needed to look harder for the ink.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! AVOID. Ordered a printer 1 month ago. It arrives and I set it up only to find out it doesn't work for crap. I return it back to them. They send me a box full of kleenex as they sent the wrong package. I told them I want my money back and they said that I need to take pictures of the box when I told the customer service lady the tracking number. What are my pictures supposed to prove??? Look up the tracking numbers and it will show you what you sent!! IDIOTS
I bought a HP 5540 Envy Printer through Walmart (received on 5/1)(and a 3 year lnsurance policy) It worked fine for 2 days , now it tells me that " Im out of paper!"
and it will not print (i can make copies) It has paper !. am I not using it right ! it worked fine for 2 days!!!!!What can I do??
