Same experience shared by others - ordered a Sony PS4, never received it after a UPS shipping label was created. Shipping label was created 4 days ago, and the unit was supposed to arrive by 2 days ago. After reading reviews here, decided to cancel my order with Walmart. Will order another PS4 from Amazon. Shame on you Walmart - perhaps you should stop doing business with Tech Electronics - I want be purchasing things from you after this experince.
Order a printer and received a laptop. Doesn't answer the phone or respond when they say they will. Walmart is refunding my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!
Horrible service. Was issued a tracking number that was not traceable through UPS. I would not recommend Tech electronic to anyone.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY"!!!!!!! I ordered something from them and after 7 days it still had not shipped. I got suspicious and tried to cancel the order only to find out they do not answer their phone or voicemails. It goes straight to somebody's personal cell phone. I called 5 times and they never answered. Their physical address is a UPS store in a strip mall, so it's not even a real company. Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this company. I also asked Walmart to investigate this shady company.
False advertising. They are advertising a switch bundle with mario kart deluxe 8 as 199.00 + tax on Walmart. But when you click on it, it is 400.00 +
Absolutely horrible customer service. I purchased what I thought was a brand new laptop. The laptop was defective and would not charge. I returned the laptop the same day I bought it and shipped it back the next day. I had paid 693.55 and was only refunded 500.04 of my money the charged me a 138.71 restocking fee and a 49.99 return shipping fee for them shipping me a defective product! I even e-mailed the company letting them know their product was defective. Wal-mart claims if you receive a defective item and return it you should not be charged anything, I want all my money back! BUYERS BEWARE go to your local store or Best Buy do not buy anything from this company or on Wal-Mart.com (marketplace) they are allowing scammers to sell on their website! Totally unacceptable!
Horrible customer service. I purchased a laptop three months ago for Christmas and just recently opened it to prepare for the next college term. The laptop malfunctioned after the second use and this company would not provide a refund. I know a company can defect a product with the manufacturer yet they didn’t even offer to replace the laptop so I am out over 500$. I would not recommend this company.
Customer Service rep was rude and unprofessional. I would advise people to use caution when buying anything sold by this company.. You may have a hard time returning or exchanging the item.

It's January 04th and they haven't even shipped it. (I paid $43 for express 2 day shipping)
They have NO phone number. I called Walmart and Walmart called them. No answer.
Walmart issued me a full refund so I can but from a more reputable company.
Absolutely horrible and a rip off, I received a gift from my parents, not only where they over charged, but it was a used item and all the packaging had been open. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WALMART, PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO SELL ON YOUR MARKETPLACE!!!!!!!!!
