received what was supposed to be a bag, but was wallet size, strap was broken when it arrived and material was cracked and split in probably atleast 25 places. this could not be used, so I discarded it in trash and probably will not buy from the co. again. this item was the worse item I have ever ordered from any vendor.

I placed an order with Walmart.com and now the my package has been supposedly "lost by the shipper,(USPS)" and now my order has been canceled by Tasharina Corp . Could it be because when I ordered the item it was the last one in stock? But then why would this Tasharina Corp. give it a USPS tracking number. I don't know, but based on these other complaints and it appearing that Walmart may not take items back on return that are coming from a 3rd party company and not Walmart itself, I will certainly be more careful next time. I have to go to Walmart today and pickup another item I ordered from them last week. I am going to ask them about this 3rd party issue and possibly not being able to return it.

PLACED ORDER FOR 4 CHAIR SEAT COVERS ON 2/12/2019. RECEIVED 4 DINING CHAIR SLIP COVERS MONDAAY 2/25/2019. WRONG ONES. SLIPCOVERS IN TWO DIFFERENT PLASTIC BAGS, ONE WAS TIED WITH A KNOT, THE THER WAS IN A SEALED BAG, BOTH DELIVERED WITHOUT AN INVOICE RELATIVE TO THE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED. SLIPCOVERS MAILING/SHIPPING ENVELOPE IS: A GREY HEAVY PLASTIC . TOOK PACKAGE OF MERCHANCISE TO WALMART SUPER CENTER FOR THE RETURN. THE ASSOCIATE RESEALED THE MAILING ENVELOPE, PLACED A RETURN LABEL OVER THE TASHARINA CORP. MAILING LABEL TO BE PROCESSED LATER THAT EVENING BY THEIR (WALMART)MAILING DEPARTMENT. A RECEIPT WAS PRINTED FOR ME TO ATTACH TO MY COMPUTER PRINT OUTS OF THE ORDER BEING RETURNED. I MUST WAIT TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT CREDITED THE AMOUNT PAID, ( FOR THE SLIPCOVERS PRIOR TO THE SLIPCOVERS BEING SHIPPED) , AFTER TASHARINA RECEIVES THE RETURNED ITEMS. I bought cutting disks for a 4 1/2 " angle grinder. They don't fit. Wrong sized hole. I can make them fit by removing the back up plate that the disk is supposed to be mounted to but that would not be safe. I've been using cutting disks for 45 years and have never seen ones like Tasharina sold me. They're obviously made to fit some sort of foreign made grinder that does not recognize American standards.

I ordered and received a Wireless Dummy Security Camera on Walmart.com. I did not realize it was coming from Tasharina Corp and couldn't be returned to Walmart. The product I received is nothing like what was described and it is a total piece of junk. There was nothing in the packaging or in the box that suggested an invoice. Walmart won't accept a return (something about 3rd party) and it's not worth the money to return it. From all of these reviews (99% horrible) Walmart should drop this outfit and quit lining there pockets with "stolen" money.

I believed order was for porridge, rice, soup, spoons. You know, the kind of spoon one eats their dinner soup with. What I received was baby spoons. The kind of spoon I used to feed my newborn babies Gerbers with. Very disappointed. Cost apx $4 to return. I got apx $4 of my apx $8 back. No more Tasharina for me.

I really don't understand why Tasharina Corp is still allowed to sell on Walmart Marketplace. Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with, EVER!!!! And walmart only allows reviews for the product, so if you complain about the company to worn other customers, they won't post it. I ordered hanging mesh sweater dryers. It was a 2 pack order and I only received one, they were supposed to be a Christmas gift. I contacted the company thru walmart via email. They said so sorry, please send pictures 'for their records'. I complied with their request, the next email from them wanted me to open the package to make sure there wasn't two in one. EXCUSE ME!!!?? Why contact company if I didn't know one was missing? They finally offered to send a replacement order, all I wanted was the ONE that was missing. I did eventually get the complete replacement order, but I will not order anything from Tasharina Corp again.

I did eventually receive the product (mesh laundry bags) but only after 8 weeks and 5 angry emails. The tracking number they give is fake: when the package arrived it was actually stamped “No Tracking”! The laundry bags themselves are cheaply & shoddily made. I will never order from Walmart again!

I received today a package from your Co., DHL GM# 4051412834732782. It contained a small velvet purple box that a watch or bracelet would

be in but nothing is/was inside.

After several weeks of failed attempts in trying to resolve this issue, I could care less about the product at this point. This was my final email to Walmart and Tasharina Corp:

Hi Walmart,

This company falsely advertised their product quantity, and they are not willing to meet the expectation of their advertised product. Their proposal to resolve this issue is not only dreadful, but delayed in responses from their company as well. My last email to the company was on 12/3/18, and I have yet to receive a response email back to my request and counter proposal to resolve their mistake. Today is 12/12/18.

False advertisement is misleading, possible fraudulent, and immorally unacceptable. I understand mistakes occur, but when mistakes do occur, it is the responsibility of the corporate entity to satisfied the expectation of their advertised product regardless of fault. Which they failed to do.

This company presents numerous products on your website. The way they brush off their mistakes can only conclude this is not the first time they have made this mistake, possible mistakes on other products offered by this company, and their lack of corrections exhibit poor and possible illegal corporate practices.

Please understand that I realize this product is only $9 bucks. Not a big deal. We can conclude the extent of this complaint is not motivated by monetary compensation, but rather the principle of the matter. You advertised something, live up to it. If it's a honest mistake, meet the expectation of the advertised product while proceeding to resolve the mistake to prevent future occurrences.

Walmart, you're awesome! Tasharina Corp, not so much. Walmart, I would question this company's practice, remove and place all Tasharina Corp product on hold, and force the company to restructure their practices before allowing any further partnership with Walmart. Just my opinion.

I ordered an item on Nov 5th and still have not received it. The first time it was shipped it was returned to sender. The post office said the sender did not put a sufficient address on the package. After contacting Walmart, I was told a new package would be shipped yet here it is a month later and nothing. I contacted customer service yet again and they said" give a few more days"...

I ordered a pair of windshield wiper from Walmart on line store. The package received was kind crumble and not look like new and the wipers does not fit well even it says for the SUV model. So I took to Walmart for refund or exchange. Walmart told me it is third vendor and asked me to direct contact the seller. I contacted Tasharina who does not fulfill the return request instead asked more questions. Since I was in Walmart. So I brought X-rain wipers that clicked on and worked perfect. I am very disappointed with the service and I will buy from Walmart not the third vendors. I gave half star.

I had an excellent experience with Tasharina Corp. I ordered something in June and the zipper broke on it in September. I messaged them and received a reply the next day. within 2 days I was shipped a replacement. Their customer service was excellent and very speedy. Very good company to deal with.

Ordered dresser drawer knobs which were too small. Followed directions to return & received one email back asking for reason the product was being returned so RMA number could be issued & return instructins received. Never heard from Tasharina Corp again. Emailed them 2 more times but nothing. Finally, I went to Walmart.com and had amazing success. The Customer Service staff was amazing & immediately rectified the issue by refunding my money. I agree with others, be sure to carefully read before you order online. There are products that can't be returned to your local WalMart. Unfortunately, I will not purchase from Tasharina Corp again!

NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY NO MORE!!!! NO FEEDBACK NO RESPECT OF TIME DELIVERY NO BUSINESS MANNERS... I wish I can give -3 stars because it's really ridiculous what those people are doing for customers!! Also Walmart acts like its not us, so why you guys are still collaborating with someone that ruins the business and gives horrible image to your company? and when it comes to complains and returns you act like intermediaire but we actually purchased the product from Walmart online shop!!!

I had a great experience with Tasharina Corp. Their customer service was outstanding. They were easy to contact and they responded to my emails immediately They were both friendly and professional in our correspondence. The item arrived in a timely manner. No complaints.

The quality of the item was great.

I would do business with them again.
