Received one half of purchased tractor bucket forks (one fork) making the tool absolutely useless. Sweet & Cozy Space seems to have a useless A.I. driven customer service which will not answer your pertinent questions but may respond asking for information you will not have on a partial and unpackaged shipment. Walmart.com CS offers no refunds. BUYER BEWARE.

Didn't receive purchased item, and I have gotten no response from seller. Money was taken and I received nothing.
