I’m really shock that this happened to me by this company. I ordered a iPhone X for my nephew. What we received was a FedEx envelope not a box not a letter envelope from FedEx and inside of that FedEx letter envelope was just a charger cord no phone no accessory no box no anything just a cord. Reached out to the seller several times and give me the runaround. At this point I would just go ahead and take a loss and dispute it with my bank with the proof that I have
