My order was place on March 10th. FOUR DAYS LATER, on March 14th, they indicated that the item was shipped and provided a tracking number. I checked the tracking number today, March 16, 2023, at the USPS website. . The USPS website says that only the label was created and they don’t even HAVE the package yet. The business claims on their store description that they ship, “within one business day” of receiving the order. They lie. Avoid this merchant!
Package arrived. Two boxes taped together and all pushed in on one side. Box and contents (food) smelled like dog feces
Well, After five days of being transported to various USPS terminals and being misdelivered and left on a door step at the wrong address my order finally arrived. It's hard to describe what I found inside upon opening the "2 Day Priority Mail Envelope" my "Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bars" where more like long packets of "Hershey's Syrup" totally melted with no hope of ever being edible. I don't know who's in charge of shipping but I would hope they would have more sense than to ship chocolate bars in a plain envelope in 80+ degree weather. I have ordered candy products through the internet before and the orders where packed in a insulated box with freeze packs or dry ice. In conclusion I not really happy with "WALMARTS" latest habit of using 3rd party suppliers. This will probably be the last time I order anything from "WALMART"!!!!
