This company is a true fraud. If you have a problem with an item and need to exchange it you are screwed. They will offer you a tiny portion of your money but will send you nothing. Then they offer a little more and send nothing. I have research and found this seller to be very bad news. Do some research before you even consider a purchase from company. I also am contacting everyone I can think of to try to make sure this person will fail. Send to everyone you can.

I bought an exersice bike from walmart.com didn't see that it was actually sold by Sunny Rain. The bike came in a damaged box after assembling it there were some damages. So I contacted the seller for a return, per phone and email. I got an email back but no information on the return or even refund. They offering a repair or a refund of $20 I paid $170 and don't want a refund of 20. Does somebody ever got a refund. How to contact this company and speak with a real person? Why Walmart let this company sell .... very disappointed. ZERO STARS

Bought a hydraulic pet grooming table from them. The unit came with the frame and hydraulics but no table top. How are my dogs supposed to get groomed? They really have a hard time straddling two pieces of metal. They won't answer phone calls, and send ridiculous emails back offering you $5 to forget about their mistake.

Do not buy from this company. See all the reviews above. PS, sorry there is no zero star rating. Better yet, a minus star rating.

I ordered from them on the 2nd and I have been waiting for days to get my thumbdrive and I was supposed to get it on the 13th and somehow it got delivered to a place in IL when I live in VA, I am not able to get it because I don't live in IL and my address is not in IL, I have no way to get in touch with them or anything, I seem to have wasted my money again! I ordered from another company before them that actually got in touch with me to let me know what the problem was and gave me my money back! I am not sure what to do about this, if they will refund my money that would be good or somehow send it to me again without me having to pay again!

I cannot believe after all these reviews, WALMART still has them as a seller. It sucks that you cannot return to WALMART when purchased from this seller. I gave them a chance via email and phone call to set me up with an RMA, but no response. Called credit card company to dispute linking them to this site as proof that dealing with this company is futile.

Very unprofessional company beware they are a scam I received the wrong items and they told me what they sent was what I ordered the lady that answers phones just rambles on and hangs up on me. Than blocks the call I am calling the Better Business Bureau something needs to be done we should not allow companies like this to take advantage of people

Ordered a web cam from them. This was there response when it didn't arrive: “We received a notice from logistics company, we found your parcel was sent to wrong address.We suffer a great loss because of the shipping mistake. please kindly accept our sincerely apologize again. DO REALLY SORRY. Unfortunately items you ordered was out of stock,we can't resend you a new one now. How about we fully refund you? So I reply asking for a refund. Meanwhile my Walmart status page still shows a FedEx tracking number that indicates tthe package still hasn't been dropped off yet. How could it be delivered to the wrong address if it never got shipped. Sunny Rain then replies that they need to investigate my claim???!!! THEY contacted me asking me if I wanted a refund. What’s to investigate. I finally had to get Walmart involved who got me my refund. Frankly, Sunny Rain is not the type a company I would expect Walmart to partner with. I will avoid them at all costs.

This company only sent half of my order. I asked them to send the second item and they offered me a $5 refund instead. Don't fall for the "I can't speak English" emails they send! Some of their emails are perfect English while others are complete gibberish. Wal-Mart refuses to help. I'm reporting them to the FTC.
