Suncrown customer service is virtually non-existent. Need replacement cushions. The foam inside existing cushions shredded after getting wet a few times(supposedly outdoor furniture) so washing covers is not an option and cushion covers are filthy. Tried customer service number and got a busy signal followed by hang up.....several times. On line, they want you to pay to speak to an expert! There is no zero rating so I chose 1.
the cushion are not that great of quality and started tearing in the seems after a few months. I bought them to place in my carport sitting area put of the weather. I wont be buying suncrown products in the future
Do not waste your money. I purchased a set from them in April. Within two months, the cushions were stained. They did give a discount, but only 4 months later, several cushions are moldy. The furniture is kept under a large covered patio and other non Suncrown pieces are perfect after several years. I contacted them to give a further discount or replace the cushions. They don’t have enough cushions and will not make good on a set that looks terrible after only 4 months. You can find better.
