Horrible service! USPS also horrible! Claimed the strawberry plants were delivered and of course they were not! What a waste of my time!
Do not buy from this guy!! I grow plants for a living. I followed the instructions exactly that came with the roots to ensure they would grow and not rot. The bare roots I received molded two days after planting which tells me they came with the spores on the roots. It only occurred with one of the three varieties I bought which further confirms that the Ozark variety is contaminated with mold spores. He blamed it all on me and refused to fulfill his 30 day guarantee. I lost all but 2 ozarks and even those are so weak I doubt they will survive. Big waste of money. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment. I would rate this a zero if I could!
Follow the card that came with the strawberries to the website read what was required, and followed directions explicitly two out of the 25 started to grow leaves and not long after that stop growing. I’ve grown strawberries for the last 10 years and this was the worst batch of plants I have ever gotten haven’t been able to get my money back don’t waste yours
Still haven’t received my roots
Ordered strawberry plants, thinking they would specialize in them. I never received them, yet USPS states they were delivered. Strawberry Man did nothing to assist me. Instead I paid for plants I never received. He felt it necessary to give me life advice instead, seeming confused and ignorant. I would never order from them again. If anything goes wrong you’re out of luck...and money. I would have given ZERO stars if possible.
Ordered 30 persimmon seeds from this place. Only sent me 20 seeds. No receipt in package. Called to tell them muktiple time...never called back. Stratified the 20 seeds them tried germinating and planting. Not a single one has terminated. Called wall mart and they wont help at all but just refer me to strawberry man inc. All it would have taken was for them to call back and talk about the screwed up order.
