Still waiting on delivery I ordered on Dec 3rd and was suppose to be delivered on the 14th. Contacted co but still no response

Ordered a shirt on Walmart website, tried to cancel the order, this seller would not cancel, got it today 17 days later than promised. Material is thin & cheap, not worth what I paid for it. Guess I can wear it to do yard work!!!

I did not mean to give any stars....took products back to Walmart learned was a third party vender.... ugly shirts 5 sizes too small .... they absolutely do nothing to make returns easy.... stead clear of starvnc, luv

The worst customer experience ever. Was told by email that they would waive the restocking fee. THEY LIED - didn't received the full refund as was promised. Their clothes are COMPLETE CRAP. No matter how many sizes up you order, the items won't fit. If I could leave negative stars for how awful this enitre experienace has been, they'd get a -10. Shame on Walmart for using them as a vendor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY, NO MATTER HOW CUTE THE CLOTHES LOOK, THEY ARE JUNK AND DON'T FIT.

I received my order but when I opened it 1 item was missing but they charged my card for the whole order. Also there are no tags on the one I received and no packing slip. I sent an email to them and contacted Walmart.com, not happy, I have never had any issues with Walmart.com before. Will see if I get any answers by Tuesday otherwise I will be contacting home office.

Very poor quality shirt. The inside was so scratchy it wasn't wearable. No packing slip or anything with it. Finally got a blurry return label to send it back. Will be surprised if I ever see a refund. Customer service no help whatsoever.

This company SNEAKS around with restocking and extra fees if you want to return AND their e-mail address seems nonexistent! I will NEVER buy from them EVER again!!!!! Freakin' THIEVES!!!! You don't even deserve one star!!!!

Material very cheap. I order my size, it look that I need it to lose 100 lb. for me to fit in this little sweater. Never again. It says to send an email and don't returned. I didn't get any of my money back and I return the item

Item did not appear at all like picture....oddly shaped, very small through the shoulders and looked like

it had been sewn in someone's home without a pattern. Return procedure and restocking/shipping fees are ridiculous

Makes it not worth the trouble the item. I am giving star just so the review will appear and people will avoid

Very cheap material and disappointed with my order. I ordered 3 items and only 2 were shipped and still waiting to resolve this matter. I want to return all the items I did receive but scared that will be a nightmare. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.

I need to return (2) items I purchased these items through Walmart...How do I return them back to you? The items are too small.

I have not received my whole order, but tracking says it was delivered. I'm missing 2 packages still and no one ever emails me back information on where they are or how to return the items they delivered. This is horrible customer service and Wal-mart should be ashamed for working with a company like this. I will not shop at Wal-mart again.

terrible service never got my item sad

I received my top without any paper work no tags on the blouse and now cannot return it because they cut off the tags and did not send a shipping purchase order. The blouse is too small. I will not buy from Walmart.com ever again thru a sub-seller. This is very poor dealings for Walmart.com.

Items are NOT true to picture shown. They are extremely short and small. i ordered up as the sizing specified and they were still very small. Save yourself the money and DONT order from them.

I brought a bathing suit from Walmart. I receive it it was to small. I reorder it I was suppose to get 7/13/18 . the order number was 4531892017293. I paid 27.00 for both. I like to get my money back. that 54.00 for 2 bathing suits. if I don't get ill turn to home office.

Bought a shirt, which arrived in a couple of days. Fast shipping. Unfortunately the top was way to big, after i carefully measured according to measurements on the site. I contacted the company and I got outstanding service. Excellent communications. The company send me another shirt in a smaller size. I am 5 feet, 128 lbs and bust 44 1/2. The size that fits is a size L

You don't find that kind of service very often, that i got from this company. I really appreciate it.
