Google advert for Ecco shoes . Splash page looks exactly like Ecco shoes including trademark. I ordered and paid for shoes , I received no confirmation or delivery details . I tried to contact them no replies. This is a total scam and not covered by your Credit Card insurance as each item is below the individual price threshold to invoke charge back .AVOID AVOID
Absolute scammers. No option to leave no stars. They claim to supply Ecco golf shoes at discount prices but they, surprisingly do not supply anything. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Bought a desk from them that was damaged due to horrible packaging. Drawers would not go together.

NOW - FedEx says the package is "SO BADLY DAMAGED" they can't deliver it. We've already opened our business without it. My wife is Furious and NOTHING short of a fast replacement is going to stop her attorneys from finding these people and letting 'em have it.

If there is less than 1 star, I would give them that. I order online and waited for my reception desk to arrive for 2 weeks for my shop opening. But the day before my arrival day, I got the email that there was an error and they couldn’t have my order in their database and I have to wait for another 2 weeks and more..
Stupid and poor marketing. I would never ever do future purchase from them and would not recommend anyone
These guys are the worst I bought a chair from them via Walmart and it showed up broken, after multiple emails they refused to give me a phone call or send me any kind of a shipping label to return the chair. I tried to take it back to Walmart to see if they could do something with it (and injured my self in the process putting it in my car) only to be told by Walmart there was nothing they could do, and that I had to contact Sparks X marketing that's great and all except there's no phone number for these idiots!!! Walmart finally agreed to a refund, but the real problem is (SparkX Marketing Co.,Limited) these guys had no problem holding on to my money ($683.00) after sending me a broken product. Oh and BTW I tried to register a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and guess what... they aren't even registered with the Better Business Bureau what a shocker avoid this company at all costs!!!
We purchased an expensive living room chair from them and it arrived in a very poorly assemble box. The box was so weak that it was basically falling apart when it got to us. The parts were barely wrapped with any protective wrapping and the chair was damaged (nicks, scratches). We requested some remedy from the company and they offered a $10 refund or they recommended us fix the chair ourselves or sell it on ebay. Absolutely terrible, terrible customer service and company! Do not waste your money or time with them.
