I ordered 2 double curtain rods from Amazon, Sparkle Gardening being the seller. I thought it was ridiculous that they had to come from the other side of the country, but ok, if that's how it is. It took a month for them to arrive, IN A PLASTIC BAG, BENT ALL TO HELL. And when I requested a refund or return, they asked for me to email pictures of damage and shipping label. THEY HAVE NO FORM OF EMAIL THAT WILL ACCEPT PICTURES. Live and learn. Don't order anything from SGHP

Bought off Amazon based on photos, ad description and got something totally different. Contacted seller- they asked for a code - I gave it to them, they said I got the right item and sent a link. Scratching my head, I send a photo of what I have- NOPE- clearly NOT what I have. Over 200 dollars. Total scam. The company is location at 310 E Easy St

Ordered though Amazon a weed killer called burnout. It worked about at 50 %. They refuse to answer inquiries about the product, let alone a refund. I have contacted the manufacturer of the product. I have yet to hear from them. As for Amazon I am done with third party sellers. If it is not a product Amazon bought to sell I am not buying it.

I ordered 4 - 8 lb bags of Rooters Mycos from Sparkle Gardening and only 3 bags arrived with no packing in box (bags were beat up from sloshing around)and emailed them I need to get credit ($97.) for the missing bag, as I don't want to deal with this company EVER AGAIN ! I did receive an auto response that I should take a picture of the product (it is missing) and a copy of receipt (there was none in the box) so contacted Amazon and I guess they are working on it. Definitely the worst experience I have had with Amazon but have had no other problems with Amazon so it is definitely this company.

I ordered thru walmart but the actual seller is Sparkle Gardening, My Order # 3572008-887566 Item: mother earth meal mix grow 4.4 lb. This item was due on 04/07/20. I keep getting the run around and no one seems to be able to refund me for an order never received Today is 4/20/20 and still no refund or package. I don't want the package or anything else from this seller ever again!!!! They got back to me the first day but have not communicated since. 13 days no refund!

Ordered a box of Miracle Gro single use plant food for $5.61. I received one (1) single use vials. The single use vials sells for $.97 cents...as it states on their ad..(starting from .97 + shipping). I should have gotten a box of around 5 vials of ready to use plant food. Contacted the seller, Sparkle Gardening, they replied back that it was for one item. Similar has happened to me before with this seller. I ordered through Walmart, this looks very bad on Walmart. Terrible seller, I won’t be doing business with them anymore. Buyers beware!!

So far, NOT SO GOOD. I received the wrong item the first time I ordered. The packaging was pathetic. Thankfully I was able to return it through my local Walmart. Ordered it again, and have been waiting a couple weeks for it to arrive. No communication from Sparkle Gardening. ALLEGEDLY, Walmart is attempting to solve the problem. We’ll see... I give them one star because they did manage to refund my money for my first purchase.

Only received part of my order. Contacted seller regarding missing item and did not get a response until I sent a follow up email after the 24 hours. Have been waiting a week now for a response regarding whether or not they will be sending the missing item. I have sent numerous emails since this is a time sensitive project and have had zero feedback. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give 0 stars I would.
