Wish I would have seen all these reviews before I purchased 4 Dressers off the walmart app. First of all I didn't even realize it was a 3rd party item. Secondly, the items I got weren't as described. So I took them back to Walmart, they refused to do a refund said I needed to contact the seeler...um I bought it on walmart.com. anyway. Soft inc replies to my request to return telling me to try to sell them to a friend because it's not environmentally friendly to return them and that they'd give me a whole 5% refund....and that if i still wanted to return them i had to pay for shipping the item back to them...im sorry are you freakin kidding me?!?! I disputed again. This morning I got another email saying they'd now give me a 20% refund and since I didn't want to pay to ship 4 Dressers to them I'm welcome to come drop them off to them in New Jersey.. oh yeah im a mom of 7 working 2 full time jobs living in Tennessee but you just wait right by the door because I'm gonna hop in my truck right now and drive these to you...yeah right...this is a freakin nightmare and I'm out over 400.00
There are no words. Walmart.com is a joke. Walmart should be brought down by the courts for allowing their affiliation with Walmart.com. SOFT, INC is nothing but a bunch of scammers. They have no intentions of helping you. We lost over $300.00 because as consumers we felt protected by Walmart.
It is the worse company to deal with. They have a horrible customer service e I have ever dealt with especially Yvette. I would very much reconsider purchasing anything from this company. Spent $600.00 for lawn furniture and they sent the wrong item claimed warehouse error, I explained this a gift and I want what I ordered, the so called CUSTOMER SERVICE REP kept trying to talk me our of what I ordered. Told her i didn't want what they sent is your mistake she even said it was their mistake i just want to fix it. Paying now for something I don't want. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Was scheduled for delivery and received an email my order was cancelled due to it being out of stock.
well it wasn't out of stock. they just raised the price to over 800

BUYER BEWARE! Anytime I see this name (SOFT INC) in the future I will click away. Worst company to deal with. I did not know they work with Walmart, placed an order and nothing but issues with them via email, not wanting to send a return label for a very low-quality unsafe product. SOFT INC will delay the process until you're out of your return window 0 zero stars (Walmart should NOT do business with a company that gives customers this much trouble).

We ordered a couch with SOFT INC and it it by far the least comfortable thing we have ever sat on. We spent $1000 on it, and I would rather sit on the floor than this thing. We have tried reaching out to customer service but it's impossible to get a refund through them. We are literally going to immediately donate this couch because we can't sit on it.
I purchased a patio set and I did not check it because when it arrived it was winter so there was nowhere for me to put it if I open the box and put it together. I waited until spring and I come to find out I’m missing a bunch of pieces and now I can’t put it together. I try to contact the company to see if they can send me the missing pieces but they seem to not care and tell me they can’t do anything about it because it’s past the 90 days. Which I understand but I am not asking for a refund I am asking simply for the items that they forgot to pack.
Purched a 10x20 canopy with side walls and missing 2 parts. Won't ship them. Product is not any good to us now.
I purchased a 7 piece bistro conversation set and it is FALLING APART! They refuse to replace any of it. The description says that it is made out of rattan wicker... it is NOT!!! This set is made from straight plastic! Their customer service is laughable! I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. It should be a crime for them to sell this furniture for so much and then for it to fall apart right before your eyes! I wish ZERO STARS were an option. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
The furniture is cheap and not sturdy. The customer service is even worse. Walmart takes no responsibility because this is a third party seller. Never…EVER …Never again! No stars deserved. 1 star was the only option here.
I ordered a tent that will not stay together. The supports are cheap plastic and it is garbage. I wish I knew about this company before purchasing this tent for over 60 dollars. I will be disputed this with the credit card company. Walmart needs to stop doing business with this company. Giving it the lowest I can give I think this company deserves a 0. I have sent a second request for return.
I ordered a trampoline for my grandkids Christmas but realizing too late that it would not hold them all by weight I ordered a more substantial one on Walmart,com I tried to return the smaller one and they said I would have to pay shipping which would cost me another 320 dollars I feel Walmart should remove this company. Veru frustrated
BEWARE, these returns suck. The product is faulty, they're demanding a video proving it's faulty. Fine, I'll send that. Still pending whether I'll get my money back even though I offered to ship it back. But if Wal-Mart is going to sell this through their website then Wal-Mart should make it abundantly clear when you're buying that you cannot just stop by the store to return it. This product cost $130. I never in a million years would have ordered this from the Wal-Mart website if I knew I had to contact the manufacturer directly to return it. Wal-Mart should be directly accepting returns if they're going to advertise it as a Wal-Mart product on the site. Extremely irritating.
I ordered a ride truck that does not run. Wal Mart won't stand behind the product nor Soft INC. Told to call Allstate for the extended warranty won't help either. I am out 250 dollars. If any one wants to join in on a class action suit let's go for it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 3RD PARTY SELLER! They do not have any kind of return policy and they will not work with you at all to do a return! You will have to eat the shipping costs to get it back to them and their prices are WAY TOO HIGH! Same item on Amazon was half the price! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS SELLER! Walmart should REMOVE this seller from their account!

If I could, I would give a -5. I ordered a trampoline for an Easter present for my 7 children, shipping confirmation said it would arrive March 29th. $672 I spent to surprise my kids and I received 1/3 of my purchase 04/13, another 1/3 on 04/15. And come to find out the final piece shipped today, 04/16. Neither Soft Inc not Walmart have anything to say other than "we're sorry to hear that". I will no longer do business with either. And neither should you. READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY
