I wouldn't advise ANYONE to order from this company. Walmart should remove them from their list of online sellers. I ordered what I thought was a camping canopy ( according to the promotional material online). When it arrived the instructions in the box said that it was not waterproof and should not be left up overnight. When I communicated with company representative he said I could not return it and that"I should give it to a friend or family member as a gift" . I am out $68 and am stuck with something I can't use.
Terrible return policy and horrible customer service. I was 1 day outside of the return, I started the return online within the 30 days. With Walmart’s shorter hours because of the pandemic it’s hard to get to Walmart within the hours they are open for somebody that has to work. I would rate 0 stars if that was an option.
Still have not received product. Walmart charged my card. Called capital one and they refunded me my money
This seller is a joke. If I could give them a "0" I would. I ordered an outdoor patio couch. They sent me an email saying it was out of stock and if I don't respond to the email in 48 hours, the order would be canceled. So I didn't respond and assumed my order was canceled. Turns out they must have found the product to send me about a week later and just shipped it. Once I got the shipping notification, I reached out and told them to cancel it and reroute it back - as their communication clearly stated the order would be cancelled.
About 10 days later I get 2 of the 6 large pieces delivered at my door. I reach out and tell them. They keep on asking me to pay for return shipping and send it back. I disputed with my Credit Card the overall charge because I knew this seller wouldn't be returning my $800-ish purchase. I told them if they don't send a pre-paid shipping label and schedule a pick up in the next 7 days, I would let the trash pick this up. They continue to reach out to me to get this back to them wanting me to pay.
I have reached out directly to WalMart to try to resolve all of this throughout the whole process and they weren't much help.
I ordered some string star lights. They came in a plastic bag mailer, most were broken when i opened it. Horrible packaging- no padding and the lights themselves were not good quality. I didn't realize that i couldnt return them to the store. So now have to contact them directly. Lesson learned there...
I purchased a bathroom cabinet. The one I ordered had 4 shelves. The one they sent had 2. It was a smaller unit than the one I purchased. I had it all packaged for return, after I reported the mistake, and they first made me unpackage it and take pictures of it. Secondly they said I received the wrong assembly instructions. Except the new set of assembly instruction were for a much smaller unit. I again asked to return it for a refund. The last email from them stated it is exactly what I ordered. I am beyond pissed. I have to give them one star rating...but not by choice!
This is a fake sellers. Sends fake packages instead of the ordered product.
