I ordered a Coach gift set from SNM LLC, the email I received said delivered but I never received the product. I contacted SNM LLC about the issue and have yet to receive a resolution. Their company continue to email me saying it was delivered to my address. Horrible company I will NEVER order from them again. They deserve (0) stars!!!!!

I received a FedEx shipment - it wasn't anything I ordered - I Googled SNM LLC, found this site, then immediately went to my Walmart.com account and saw this order had been placed. I received men's cologne which I had not ordered. I am able to return it, but there was yet another order I also did not place which has not yet arrived. This is a TOTAL SCAM and a waste of my time. I removed any credit card info from the Walmart portal and changed my password. Walmart should NOT be doing business with this reseller!

In order to get an answer to a question about the return of a unusable product, you have to join an answer program that is $50/month....... total scam company, would not buy anything from them again.

They sold me a high quality fake Creed Aventus bottle on Walmart. Hard to tell it's a fake unless you know what to look for. First, Creed does not wrap their boxes in cellophane. Also, the stickers on the bottle are bubbling up and peeling off. Last, the cap is damaged with scuff marks on it and easily falls off the bottle.
