Thanks for all the write-ups!! I was about to buy a scooter from them until I read all the bad reviews I want be spending my money with this compamy.

Do not purchase from them even if through Walmart. My son has had his ATV not even six months and it does not run and parts have been falling apart. This company does not return calls or emails that were sent directly through Walmart. Absolutely awful.

I bought a Hawk 250 for my husband . They sent me a defect nothing worked on it. Nothing ! Bad wiring harness bad switches, bad ignition broken cowlings , bad carb , head light stayed on had to disconnect the battery even the caps for the battery were missing, speedo broken. The defects would have exceeded the value of the motor bike. Walmart stopped payment on their credit card. I used a wal-mart credit card. I sent them a copy of everyone's reviews to let them know these people are selling defective junk and they should not represent them because it looks bad on Wal-mart's behalf . Criminals doing business on Wal-mart .com !

Ordered a street dirt by 250 I gotta hear it to ship to my house it was completely altogether in some partners damaged when a call back at the top from the act like they got attitude i guess I'm gonna put him on the media in the local news news like everybody's getting comments after remember which all goes together into these people get him out of business and get our money back the problem is when you talk to you try to order parts and ship parts to you don't get 3 weeks and her nothing from these people but i am gonna get my money from them one way or another I'm gonna ship this piece of shit back to them to the desert run at all

This is been the most difficult transaction. We bought two TaoTao four wheelers one of them was assembled fine the other one had a frame that was welded together improperly causing the rear axle to be out of alignment by over an inch. We have tried to get them to switch it for a new one and they would not. Ask them to send out a frame so I can tear apart the TaoTao and put it back on to a new frame and haven't heard back. Smart toys is difficult to get a hold of and non-responsive if you expect them to fix the issue. I am very mechanically inclined and putting these together by myself is not difficult. They kept on telling me that it was my issue not the manufacturers and that I assembled it wrong.

Wrong quad and damaged customer service a joke

Do not purchase anything from this seller. I purchased an atv for my daughter and they sent the wrong color, the bumper on the front has no way of attaching, the seat does not latch properly and not to mention it goes way too fast for a kid. Seller refuses return shipping and now im screwed out of $1000.

Terrible seller. Damaged my items in shipment. never refunded my money or sent items.

Look up joke in the dictionary and you will find this businesses name. When you screw people over it comes around. And I just so happen to be the person that’s gonna screw you back hahahahaha

-5 Stars. The motorcycle stopped working after 3 months and it's not the battery. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves.

This company is a scam. Selling products that don't run or break down quickly. Customer service is a total joke. If you're looking for a cheap China bike, but from local dealer NOT from this place.

Terrible service. TaoTao Scooter. Paid $49 to get Certicate of Origin PACKAGE after I signed over to my son and DVM rejected it as altered, AfterWeeks ofcalling finally they said it wou .ld be $ 49 for new package On June 27, they called and said they issuing new package made out to my son, which I had asked for in first place.

Gave me routing # to track my package. He would be mailed to son first thing Monday morn, June 29th. we tried tracking. Nothing. After more than a week.

Tracking said# was set up 0n 27th but package was neverrecieved at post office,This isJuly 15 and still nothing. numerous calls have been ignored or called backed once and never returned again. Cannot find address to write. will keep calling to be continued. aaaaaah!
