I ordered a small Patio table through Bed Bath & Beyond and it was the wrong color. I reached out to Bed Bath & Beyond and they told me to contact the company who shipped it which was Slick Blue. I contacted Slick Blue and a Rachel emailed me back with a Pre-Paid shipping label and told me to ship it in the Original box back to Romeoville,IL, which I did. I shipped it on April 25, 2023 via UPS and on April 26 the UPS Tracking # indicated that Slick Blue recieved the table on April 26, 2023. I have looked on my VISA bill for the past 2 months and still have NOT RECEIVED A CREDIT on my VISA account. I tried to Email "Rachel" at Slick Blue and evidentely that email address no longer exsist! Why is Slick Blue scamming so many people and how could Bed Bath & Beyond be affilliated with this company!
I bought something for my senior father a blanket and been emailing them How I can ship this back and a refund still hasnt been posted. They mentioned 1-2 business days it has been over 2 weeks.
Bought a bathroom cabinet from SlickBlue through Bed Bath and Beyond. Product came mismatched. Bed Bath and Beyond wouldn't take it back but instead gave us the contact number for SlickBlue. Called SlickBlue, left a message but no response and it's been 3 days. Buyers beware.! They don't even deserve a star at all!!!
BEWARE. Slow shipping and charge a 20 percent restocking fee. Also would not supply return label for rejecting an unopened package through UPS. UPS won’t return rejected package without label or charge.
Returned item over 2 months ago as instructed by seller. Still no refund and no response to emails. Crooks.
I order aspirin for my dogs and received a case for my phone, which didn't fit, why would it? The company, SlickBlue, doesn't know what kind of phone I own. I was told they sent it out as a gift by a Walmart representative. It wasn't a gift, but a cheap replacement for what I ordered, so the tracking number would show that my aspirin was delivered. Some dishonest International sellers do the same thing, they charge you and then send out random items that are useless and they keep your money. I was immediately alarmed when I received a phone case with no invoice and sender's name on the envelope and I kept checking my bank account. Finally I realized, by the tracking number, that this was my aspirin, which of course it wasn't, but instead a phone case. I never received my aspirin from this company. I can only conclude that they are cheating people by not sending out what you ordered, but a cheap, random replacement item that's been sitting in their warehouse collecting dust. See other reviews to know that my experience with SlickBlue is not the first time they have pulled this trick.
I ordered a Halloween costume and received a car charger. The seller has been unresponsive to emails and phone messages and I am left without a Halloween costume 2 days before Halloween.
Purchased a custom embroidered dog collar. During checkout there was no place to enter embroidering instructions. I immediately notified SlickBlue. There response a day later was sorry it has already shipped. It shipped from Mirage Pet Products. When I looked up their return policy, it is $5.00 return shipping 5% restocking fee. This was a 4$ collar priced at 16$ because of the embroidering. Not worth the return cost. Lesson learned, move on I guess. Would not recommend this company or the products they are offering.
Very negative experience! Never received my order, had to have my money refunded. Which Walmart handled. SlickBlue did not return my email or calls. Have to say Walmart took great care of me and handled the problem quickly! This was my first experience with SlickBlue and it will be my last.
I returned item for refund. No refund in back can you resend it
