Would not trust this company ever again. Computer worked fine for a couple of days. Nothing displays on the monitor now. Tried 3 monitors. Emailed the company and got nothing. Spend your money somewhere else.

Purchased renewed Dell 9020 from Amazon--dvd-rw didn't open--sent replacement that I installed--all OK now--looking for a small credit as I REPAIRED THEIR UNIT--only received scripted warranty policy statements--didn't care AT ALL how a " refurbished and tested" unit they sold me had a problem--was told compensation was made by sending me the part. They never have a supervisor available to speak to, and have a condescending attitude to their customers. Customer concerns and service are non-existing. Go elsewhere. There's other dealers out there.

Just some feedback for you about a refurbished PC: One year ago via Amazon I bought your HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Desktop, Intel Core i7 4770 3.4Ghz, 32GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB SSD Hard Drive. Last week, one year later, the SSD drive blew while the PC was on but sitting idle. Data was lost and the PC is in the shop getting the SSD replaced. The shop is charging me $150 for parts and labor.

My refurbished PC was delivered 8/29, but I purchased from Amazon, not Walmart. On 9/1 I had a professional do a data transfer because my prior computer died, so I had been unable to copy anything. On 9/10, when I first went to use my DVDRW, I found out that my PC did not come with a writer as advertised. In the past, when I had an issue with a computer, the company had sent me a box to return the PC. Skytech either offered me a new computer (which I couldn't do since I had already paid for a data transfer), or they could send me the DVDRW so that I could install it myself. I did NOT want to install this myself - I know NOTHING of computers, and truthfully, I fully expected them to service the computer. Either that, or reimburse me for having to complete another data transfer if all they were willing to do was replace the computer. I called the warranty I purchased, but there was nothing they could do because nothing was 'broken'.

In any case, they sent the new DVDRW - BUT THEY SENT THE WRONG ONE! So I had to get back to them and have them send the correct one. After seeing all these reviews I guess I'm the lucky one because I actually got through to someone and I actually had my part replaced. But I would NOT recommend anything from this company EVER!

This seller is horrible!!! Sells defective systems and won't return, fix, or refund. Don't trust them to do the right thing. Not an honorable seller. Research them online reviews are horrible!!!

Buyer beware! Ordered a machine from SKYTECH USA LLC because they had a high rating on Amazon. It was shipped in a box with holes in it with a few small pieces of foam. The box did not appear to be dropped or crushed but the tower was dented. Due to the denting, the ports did't align properly in the back and 2 of the USB ports don't work at all. Product comes with an external wifi adapter.

Contacted Skytech who took a while to reply. They suggested I send back the entire machine and they would ship me a new one. Given how the first one was shipped, it felt like too much of a gamble to try for a new machine. I told them instead that I felt a partial refund would be more appropriate (the machine itself does work). They initially offered $20 which wouldn't even cover a new shell, let alone replacing the hardware. I counter offered $45 which I still felt was pretty low. They agreed at first but then a few days later said they couldn't authorize that "high" of a refund. I ended up having to escalate the issue through Amazon in order to get the refund they agreed to. I would definitely NOT recommend Skytech. They are very shady, don't seem to know theirs or Amazon's policies and you have to repeat yourself often when explaining your issues.

My vga card stopped after one week of use on a re-furbished computer. Three calls to service, two emails....no response wahtsoever....would never buy anythignform this company...if Skytech reads these...I'm still waiting!

While the computers were good, despite the fact all the CD/DVD drives for the 12 we ordered have stopped working, their support is just horrible. I was called a liar about returning the computers (which I didn't), and was told they needed confirmation none of them were returned. I gave them all the proof they needed as well as a rep tell them I was not refunded for the computers.

All I wanted was a warranty replacement for the CD/DVD drives. Not the computers. I was told if they got confirmation they could help me. After I gave it to them they then told me they were refusing to help. They do NOT honor their warranty agreements, and they're all incredibly rude. One woman I spoke with hung up on me because she kept reading back my email wrong. The support tech also hung up on me after i asked "So before you said if I got you confirmation you could help me, but now you're saying you can't or won't?" to which he replied "Nope" and hung up. If you ever have an issue don't expect to get help and if you have something in the same order and returned it they will claim you're lying (even if the price difference is WAY off).
