Please stop charging me monthly for whatever I'm NOT receiving. I haven't received anything from you since January 2026, and you are charging me every month, the same amount. I have already contacted the authorities regarding you continued charging of nothing I'm receiving. If you don't discontinue these bogus charges, the next person you hear from will be my attorney.
