I was suspicious when I got a notice of my order arriving at the Port of Los Angelos - for a USA manufactured product. Priced to good to be true? FAKE

I purchased Phytomer products on Walmart trying to save a few dollars. Big mistake!! Didn't look, feel or smell like the original product from when I purchased off Phytomer's own web site. Plus, it took 3+ weeks for the product to arrive. Assuming it came from China or somewhere suspicious. Don't waste your time or money.

I’ve been using Image products for years. Only the same cleanser due to my skin being sensitive. I ordered a bottle from this site when I saw it was available, since I could add to my already ordered Walmart items. Horrible scam!! As soon as I poured a bit out of the bottle I knew it was not authentic. Does not look, smell, or cleanse as the actual Image product. I’m not sure what I just washed my face with, but my face is burning! It seems like they filled the branded bottle with gas station bathroom hand soap. I am really hoping I don’t develop bumps all over my face as someone’s review has stated. Unbelievable that this is acceptable practice for Walmart with their partners - shameful!

Order a Dr Gross moisturizer. Received unsealed and leaked inside packaging. They “required” a picture for a replacement. This was a trial size item of $15. Product looked used which was disgusting. Too bad zero stars isn’t an option

Not sure if this company provides authentic products. The packaging was odd on the GlamGlow product I purchased. I've bought fake products from Walmart before--such as skinceuticals. Walmart has a disclaimer that it is not responsible for the products sold via third-party providers but that disclaimer is worthless since legally Walmart is responsible and liable with respect to 3rd party products it sells.
