Skin Perfect Cosmetics

On October 22, 2023 someone hacked into my bank account and made to transactions to Skin Purfect. I did not make those transactions. I called to request a refund and was told I would not be receiving a refund because the transactions were already settled. I informed the customer service representative that I did not do the transactions. I was then told that I would be receiving a call back within 48 tho 78 hours. This is unacceptible.

I purchased 3 bottles of Hudson Bay soap. One of them was broken and another one had a plastic part broken.

Lousy delivery.

Twice I have order this item. It was suppose to come a pack of 2, each a 2 oz bottle. In both cases, only one bottle was shipped. What a waste of my time. I will not order through Walmart with this vender.

I purchased two containers of hydroxatone anti aging BB cream and only on came in the order. The one container I did receive was half full .

and no way to contact the company. These people are thieves. I would also give a 0 if I could.

If I could give a zero I would. Received a counterfeit bottle of Chanel Chance through this seller on Walmart Plus. Finally discovered it was not just my sense of smell that was off but it is a fake product. You can tell best on the bottom of the bottle. Legitimate Chanel has NY.,NY. And the N’s are very crisp and clear. The fake the N is almost more like a W or partial M and the is no ., between NY NY. Contacted Walmart and this seller. Seller still claims they sell 100% authentic items only. Contacting attorneys and going to TIKTOK This is outrageous.

I purchased a bottle of Creed Aventus from them, it was a knock off. Contacted them, they were not only rude, but refused to refund my money. After that I contacted Walmart and they said because it was after the return window there was nothing they could do.

Warning ⚠️ this company had wiped off the date and lot numbers on a reused box with hair on the inside of it. They re packaged the Qunol Liquid Tumereric. I returned it to FedEx immediately back to them and received my refund from Wal-Mart. I will buy my Qunol Liquid Tumereric direct from Costco. I will Never use this skin perfect cosmetics. They should not be a 3rd party selling nothing. Buyers beware. They shouldn't even get this one star!!!!

Order a $25 lunchbox sent it with a broken zipper was ther first thing I noticed. No customer satisfaction there. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I bought a high end hair mask and it arrived open, with the box broken and with hairs.... never again! it's a scam!

They are selling products clearly marked "sample...not for resale" I ordered 2 bottles of Its a 10 leave in at $7.90 each and received samples. Notified Walmart and the manufacurer.

The cologne we got from them is not the real thing!!!!

I ordered a very expensive Estee Lauder eye cream and I am sure it is a fake. Contents of jar were in a mess and half empty with a strange smell which I have never had with their other products.

I will never order anything from Walmart again .

I ordered lights from walmart and this company was to send them. Delivery service said they were delivered. NOT. SCAM company. noone has called even though I asked repeatedly. Why would Walmart be doing business with this Company with all of these bad reviews.

terrible misrepresentation of product. I purchased two Davines conditioners and only received one (there were two pictured) so it was very misleading! Plus it did not seem like legit packaging.... done here

Terrible service! I received a USED Blendsmart device (it had makeup ALL over it), and the box had clearly been open (it was torn open, actually). When I emailed them their response was only"Sorry for the mix up with your order." I have never received a used, dirty product before and am absolutely shocked/disgusted. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from them, ever!
