Straight scam ordered a combo set it was supposed to include desktop ,monitor, webcam sound bar ,and keyboard.. they only sent the desktop which looked all beat up so I returned it and then they tell me I didn't return the monitor so they charged me 120 mind you they didn't even charge me for the rest of the stuff i didn't get.. yea buy at your own risk

Horrible company. They sell defective products and refuse to replace of repair them.

Very unclever bait and switch seller for Walmart, Newegg ect. Expect the worse if you do business with these frauds. Specs for my PC were well below what I paid for. Avoid like the plague.

I purchased a computer from SJ through Amazon just sent me the wrong machine I cannot even upgrade this machine like the one in the pictures was definitely upgradable. Now I'm having trouble getting the machine I actually paid for

These people are absolute scam artists, don’t do any business with them, they shipped me a damaged item, it was sent back to them, and they never credited my account, repeated calls to rectify the issue resulted in the runaround, these people are legitimate scam artists. They refused to provide any proof they credited my account

Computer not sold as advertised, the video card that came in computer I just bought my son for Christmas 2020 is over 12 years old so will not play today’s games and they will not correct issue with me no matter how many emails I send & phone calls I make, I can’t even get a supervisor to call me & have been asking since February.
