Do not do business with Sixseasonmall. Sold me a drill that stopped working after it's second use. Told me that it only had a thirty day warranty. Filed a complaint with Walmart who only referred me back to them. Stay away from both of them!
I wish that I knew that this company was the one who shipped my dinning set.. They sent the set without hardware, when I contacted them it took several emails to get it right so I thought. They sents screws with out bolts. Still have no dinning table but they have my money
I was very disappointed with my products, I order a 2X in the swimsuits they only went up one leg, you imagine how I felt and could not return them to Walmart, I have to send a message to the venter, but I can say this I call the 1800 number to Walmart.com and they refunded me my money because Sixseasonmall did not respond, lesson learned I will never order from this third party vender ever again.
I’m very surprised that Walmart has a company on their website that is advertising items with inaccurate information/ descriptions. I purchased a puppy carrier from Walmart’s website even tho it was sold by and shipped from Sixseasonmall, it arrived on time but was not as described on the website, it was missing the shoulder strap and the pockets, after a week of back and forth emails they said I could return it but I would have to pay the shipping cost keep in mind this is there mistake they also offered me a gift of some sort. I do not want to deal with this company ever. Now I know why there’s no reviews for this item. If I could give this company a minus I would.
Terrible place. They sent my package to the wrong person in a different state. There is no customer service for this company. I wish you could give zero stars
I ordered an electric skateboard from six season mall and they shipped it to some guy in San Antonio, TX. I do not live there. When I tried to reach them and find out what happened, I learned there is no actual customer service for them. They were unreachable. All I wanted was for them to reship my sons birthday gift and could get no help. I was able to get refunded through Walmart.com since i used their app for the order. I will never order from this seller again.
