Ordered something from them on Walmart.com more than a month ago. They never shipped. I have sent multiple requests to cancel. They are horrible to deal with.
Placed an order, contacted seller to request a cancellation. Informed me that they had already shipped the item and there was nothing they could do. The item was shipped after I had contacted them about cancelling my order. Bad business practices.

I got robbed by them too. Phoney tracking set up - Never shipped item. I hope Walmart at least gets a kick-back from these companies for all of their customers that they set up to be robbed.

They placed an order that I never checked out.
PACK of SIX rails (Closet Maid) = only ONE rail received. NO way to talk to the vendor, NO response via email.
I ordered an 8 piece item and only received 7. I called them and left an email, which their voicemail instructs customers to do. Walmart customer service also tried contacting them, and neither one of us has received a response. Their customer service is awful and I am very upset about the way this transaction was handled by them.

They sent wrong item. Called phone # on box, response is only email access that is not a true website address.

Last week I purchased two "Prime-Line Screen Door Grills" from them. Their description says it will fit a 36" screen door. Both my screen doors are 36" with a screened in area of 34" and their grills are exactly 34". They want me to pay for the return shipping and possible pay a 15% restocking fee. My recommendation is not to purchase from them.
Buyer beware,no response from customer service. Show one item online and ship another.
