I ordered a lighted wall Christmas tree on 12/5/2020 it was supposed to arrive on 12/16/2020 i received it two days before Christmas it was broken , I was supposed to get a shipping label to returned it for a refund i have not heard anything yet.

I ordered a 2 Tiered Drawer Basket Organizer. It's an item that needs to be assembled, however, the tabs an openings do not match up. The tabs are oversized so they do not fit into the opening. Walmart won't take the return because it was over the time limit. I tried cutting the tabs a bit so they fit, but when assembled, the whole item is crooked. What a piece of junk!!! $20 down the drain!!

I ordered a six deck card shuffler on Amazon, supplied by Home solutions. The shuffler came broken on top, and without a bar to press to make it work. I immediately went onto to Amazon for a return label, and found this item is not eligible for return! I want my money back.

I purchased a set (2) eye glasses...one for computer and another for reading. I am 60 years old and very careful with my things. Without any reason, the frame broke. In my opinion, I paid too much for the glasses. I am trying to contact them, no avail. I hope they contact me and I have provided them with my email ID.

My initial review is not very favorable. I received an item that I did NOT order, instead what I did order. My opinion may change when I hear what the solution to my problem will be. This is my first order with SHS.

do not get anything from these people they do not have a phone number you can call they do not respond to your emails. this is not because i did not like there product i bought a 39.00 outside light but returned it and have not heard a thing from them and no response this is not the first review that says these things listen do not buy anything from them
