This company ripped me off. I sent back the items for return 11/27/18 and still no return 1/27/19. I have no money and no product. They totally ripped me off.
Ordered a vacuum food sealer. Came with bags. I followed all directions...even allowed the unit to cool for 3x longer than recommended between bags. By the 3rd bag, the bags that came with the machine melted on the metal plate. Now, my house smells like burnt plastic and I have 2 perfectly sealed bags...that's it. I usually trust the reviews on the Walmart site, but they were not accurate this time. $45 lesson learned.
Idiots in my local Walmart didn't know they accept returns from 3rd party. I wasted so much time that my return window closed.
The seller customer service gave mercy and made me a return label. Score on them.
This company does not deserve 1 star but that is the lowest so that is what they get. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. They screwed up my order and they don’t reply right away when I contacted them. When they do contact you they don’t have your best interest at heart, they only want to take care their bottom line. They will make sure that you pay for their error like they did with my order. This review is my opinion and based on my experience. I really regret having done business with them. LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS, BUYER BEWARE.
Terrible phone connection, great email response. They guided me through returning the steam cleaner.
Basically UPS lost my parcel and they refunded me. Don't really know what to day. I was encouraged by the customer service to leave a comment here if I am happy with them. They said they have IT issue often and miss calls and emails.
Purchased a pet trainer for barking. My dogs hear something and then continue barking! What a waste of money. Cannot even find my receipt on line. Ordered through Walmart. I thought Walmart was a smarter company and would not use such a bad reviewed company. I have learned my lesson. Doubt if I ever will get a refund! Should not have even given 1 star but maybe I’ll feel better if I get my chunk of cash back!

I ordered a derma roller and received an electric blower/vacuum. I emailed the company for a return label, but to date, I have not heard from them. meanwhile, I am sitting here with an item that I did not order. Looking at the package label, it shows the sku # and the name of the item that I ordered, but inside the box is a totally different item. I want my money back.
Regardless of negative reviews, when I emailed seller about a insect killer, they replied within 1 day and delivered the replacement within a week.They stand behind their words.
Bought a pest control ultrasonic repellent from Aspectek. Shipping was prompt. Product is useless, the rats feed right next to it and are probably laughing. The lettering on the return shipping label is partially cut off. Called and emailed for a replacement but receive no answer. You can't get through on the phone, it hangs up on you if you try leaving a message. The email returned undeliverable! Either way they would charge a 10% restocking fee and almost $5 in shipping. What a goldmine, you can't return anything and are forced to keep the merchandise. NEVER BUY FROM SHOPDISE. Terrible Canadian company.
Ordered humidifier was too small tried to take back to Wal Mart they couldn't do it so called number they gave me was on hold for 22 minutes still didn't get thru. Will never order on line with Wal Mart again. This is a rip off company no way to contact them they don't answer, they leave you on hold until you give up.
I ordered a dehumidifier on Wal-Mart.com and received an unpackaged item that was clearly used and dirty. I informed Wal-Mart in which they contacted SHOPDISE Inc on my behalf and I sent them an email with the photos of this item. I have not heard back from them and will be opening a complaint against SHOPDISE Inc and Wal-Mart.
I ordered a vegetable slicer and received a meat thermometer.
SHOPDISE INC, a walmart retailer is a worst company to order any item from. I tried to reach out to them through walmart for the 3rd time to return a seemingly used item i received but i yet to a response. I urge anyone to abstain from buying any product from this retailer. I wish i could give it NO STARS.
It took me almost 1 month to take my money back since I already returned product.
I had to call to my card company, supplier's warehouse, company owner and Walmart customer service.
It is most unforgettable experience in internet shopping, and makes me avoid any third party supplier in Walmart AND also AMAZON.
This company has no system to trace and support customers.

I ordered a electronic pet mat from them, got it no problem and it works great, so I ordered 3 more but only 1 out of the 3 work. I have email the seller 3 times thru walmart.com about a return and no response, very poor customer service on both parts, will not order from walmart again as I can't return this to the store, I will not be out $75.00, I will email every day until I hear something. I wish you didn't even have to give them a star!
