I bought a catalytic converter in 6 months it failed. Eddie's said to return it for a full refund however no address or phone number, thank you for nothing!

Same story for me. Ordered a set of hooker headers for my car. The price was too good to be true but I ordered them anyway. As suspected, headers did show up at my house in a very timely manner which was appreciated but the part number was off by one digit and was not the part that I ordered. One star for sure. These people are scammers.

Purchased WeBoost phone booster online for $582.99. Got an email saying the item had been delivered to my house, but I never received the merchandise. When I made several attempts to contact Shop Eddies an get this issue resolved, all I got was an email saying "item was delivered". I would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware.

I purchased a $1195.00 Blue Ox Tow Hitch from Shop Eddies. It was delivered to me with no fanfare. After removing my old worn hitch it became apparent I had ordered the wrong size. I immediately emailed the seller thru Walmart as I had purchased it. They said return it for refund that they would not exchange it. Made no sense but that's what they do. I carefully packaged it and photographed the process. I then dropped it at Fed Ex as instructed and also photographed the drop. I emailed Shop Eddies after the promised date of receipt from Fed Ex. It took Shop Eddies staff a few days to locate it which was OK I guess. After they located they told me that it was damaged and they could not refund. I asked them for proof of the damage, they sent me photos of some very minor scratches and claimed the box was delivered to them ripped open. It was very apparent from the photos they provided that it was cut open not ripped open. At this point I requested contact from a manager. After repeated attempts I contacted my Credit Card company to query the purchase. Per Wells Fargo Shop Eddies never responded after 45 days of requests and the cost was credited back to me. What a colossal waste of time for me and my Credit Card company. Shop Eddies is either inept or was attempting to rip me off.

Totally deceptive, knowingly sent the wrong part, then lied about not having the one I ordered. Still selling the right one on Amazon. The part number and picture were correct, on Walmart site! Just maybe the wrong price. Cost $129.00 for shipping to me, and as much to send back, instead of adding the extra parts to make it right.

Going to pursue this to the top, have a gooseneck trailer sitting at the dealership that I can’t pick up

Walmart eventually gave refund due to no response after initial 24 hr response. They don't answer phone calls.

I have been trying to reach your company to return a rain suit for weeks. I am very disappointed in your unresponsiveness in returning my calls or responding to my email.
