Terrible--I bought a pair of their boots and paid-then never got a tracking number so I asked where the boots were and they said they couldn't find them in the warehouse-even though I looked on Ebay and they had them there at a higher price-they refunded me but ridiculous !

Wow, wish I'd read these reviews first. The company had a pair of shoes listed for Buy Now for 61.19 or make offer. I made an offer of $60. The company didn't respond to my offer within 24 hours and raised the price to $71. Several hours later, the price is back to $61.19.

Much like others who have complained about this company and there lack of customer service and irregular sized merchandise, I order a pair of

Sketchers size 11 athletic shoes from company. What I received was a box clearly marked size 11 along with the label inside product that indicated it

was a size 11. I have worn this size shoe for a number of years. This particular item I could not even get my foot in. No doubt it was an irregular size shoe.

I attempted to notify company of this problem and like other complaints posted on a number of sites, company failed too respond.

I will be returning item for credit, but I am having to absorb the shipping costs.

Buyer beware! I ordered a pair of 13 wide dress shoes and received a narrow pair of shoes. Clearly the sellers error. I paid the shipping. I returned the shoes and was charged for shipping again. I am out $21.34 and I still need shoes. I've sent numerous emails with no response from seller. No communication. Don't buy from shoesandfashions. Buyers beware!

I purchased some boots, sent them back ( too big) they were recieved and signed for by (Kenny), this was in November. Trying to get a hold of them is impossible. When you do they block you.

Now I'm into this $58.51 for the purchase of the boots,and another $23.09 for return shipping. ($81.59)

I'm on Social Security, so it's not like I have money to throw away.

I ordered these from EBAY When I received them, they had the size marking professionally coved on the bottom and they are not the size I ordered. I have owned several of these shoes and I know what I am talking about. I have not found it convenient to reach Shoesandfashion in any way. I really don't like EBAY they are horrible to reach with any comment at all :( I am sad I love this boot and to receive the wrong size is super frustrating and madding to not be able to reach the seller !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a size 15 mens DC Villains slip on shoe but received a size 6.5 womens black lace up shoe. When asked about getting the actual shoes that I ordered they said that they do not replace they only return and refund. She didn't have any answers to my questions when I called to try and figure out why I couldn't get the shoes I actually ordered. Poor customer service, poor service all the way around. I will never be ordering from here again. And for that matter it makes me want to order from Walmart less.

I placed an order through the Walmart .com website with ShoesandFashions as an affiliate for a pair of boots. I received the wrong color ordered on my FIRST time ever placing an order with Walmart on a product from the company. I am very displeased because I wanted a pair that would match my work clothes, if the temperature drops significantly, or rains heavily (which has been happening a lot lately). I am very disappointed.

I bought cloud-flyer, purple, rose size 9. The left shoes is tight, uncomfortable cause I have a high in-step, wide foot. And I don’t like the shoe tongue sowed down. The heel is lower, it feels like i’m walking bare foot. I love the colors; but the shoe itself is uncomfortable for me to ware, And it’s hard to try them on when they come online. I would like not an exchange but a refund... sorry they did not work for me.
