The most rude customer service I've ever experienced! The order has been saying shipped but delayed since end of September and I've been contacting them since October. I contacted them several times and they are telling me I've never contacted them before. When I sent proof they still said they did not communicate with me. They speak to you so rudely!!!

Could not agree more with all these other reviews. They are a complete scam. Rude customer service. Full of excuses and false claims that have nothing to do why your shipment was never delivered. Somehow they have gamed the system to provide fake tracking information too. Walmart needs to vet these sellers and then forever ban ones like this. Horrible, stay away at all costs. I would give 0 stars if I could.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR under any circumstances. It is SUPER shady that Walmart allows these unethical "businesses" to sell on their website and then does not honor refunds for undelivered items, etc. This vendor's "contact information" is a gmail address for god's sake. It's not a real business which is easily verifiable when you attempt to Google them, find a website, mailing address, etc.....more likely than not, it is some scumbag stealing things and then selling them, and the worst part is, Walmart allows it. This is the LAST purchase I will ever make on Walmart.com - oh and if you did purchase anything from this shipper, I would keep a very close watch on the payment method you used since apparently your payment information was also provided to them.

Horrible seller! I ordered items weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. They give you attitude too. I didn’t realize I was buying from this seller on Walmart. Walmart should take this seller off. If I hadn’t said anything, they probably would keep the item I ordered and keep the money. They use the pandemic as an excuse for bad business practice.

Ordered a product through Wal-Mart with free shipping on Dec. 7, 2018. It said it had shipped and would receive by 12/17/18 and still have not received it and cannot find shipping info. Very disappointed as I needed it for Christmas.

This seller is horrible bought a medication from them expected to get it in 2 days ended up getting it 8 days witha really bad infection which has sense then gotten worse. They refused to give me some of my money back even with the wait time being completely unacceptable.

Placed an order and decided to cancel within a couple hours due to terrible reviews on this company. Many of them stating that they received expired products. They claimed that the order could not be cancelled because it had already shipped. That was a lie because when I checked the tracking info that UPS sent, the carrier had not yet taken possession of the package. Don't deal with these scammers. Shipitquick is part of nationwide campus corp, look up the reviews for yourself, 1 star ratings.
