We have 2 of the elephants that sing plays peek a boo flops his ears. Neither lasted more than 6 months.

We received our purchase (after a few weeks), it didn’t work properly, still waiting (3 months later) to receive our replacement item. Can’t seem to get a reply from company about why it taking so long

I ordered from this company twice, first time didn't get the item. When I contacted them through PayPal, they said it was delivered. It was never delivered and no refund. The second purchase was made before I realized it was the same company. I ordered a cat exercise wheel on January 8th 2022 and still have not received it. I fear it is another case of not getting my purchase. I tried to track it but it just says shipped but no date or other info given. This is the worst company. I just either want my money back or atleast actually receive my purchase. Do not order from them it possible.

If I could give less of a rating I would. Desription states brugundy in color however the purse is bright red. The response I received as to date has been argumentative about the the description and refusal to allow a return and refund. I am completely dissatisfied and they have lost my business!

Utterly disgusted and disappointed by the seller: Shenzhen Weitian Industrial Co., Ltd! I have been in contact with them since November 2020 and have never received my item and never get a proper response just keep going in circles and haven’t had any resolve! Deserves no star and no business.
