Zero stars should be an option. I've been waiting on my item that I ordered on August 4th and tracking says USPS is still waiting to receive it. It was to be here on the 19th. That's funny because I order things from California and it only takes 4 days to get here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR TO ANYONE. Walmart needs to remove them from the marketplace.

Can not get a hold of anyone

Ordered the butterfly solar powered wind chime/mobile from Walmart that is supplied by SF Trading International. It arrived crammed into a tiny cardboard box, loose, not properly wrapped or protected, no paperwork or user manual as stated would be provided in product description online. One of the 7 butterflies is broken in 2 pieces. I don’t know if these will work or not. This is a birthday gift for a friend and it looks like I’m giving her a used item the way it is packed. I wonder if I was sent a returned item. I will try to return it to Walmart.
