we bought two tool boxes, one came ok the other is dented, the door dont open do to a dent in the top and the other door is complety off the henge and someone from their tried to tape it so we would not notice it, shitty service and shitty costumer service, will never use again

Bought a triple bunk bed and it came with missing parts. Request the missing parts and they emailed me telling me it's not likely the parts are missing since they are in desperate boxes. I am getting very frustrated waiting to be able to finish my children's beds that are already mostly put together.

Spouse bought a ride on vehicle through walmart marketplace's website. She saw what appeared to be two seats in the vehicle, only to find out after unboxing the the vehicle, that it is designed for one rider only. She wanted our twin grandchildren to ride in it together. We did not assemble it, and instead reboxed it for returning. Sesslife would not provide a return label , because "there's no problem with the vehicle". The best they would offer me is to either keep the thing and get a 25 % refund, or ship it back, and FEDex would charge me a minimum of $120.00. I felt tempted to hit the parts with a sledgehammer and return it damaged, for the full refund. After contacting walmart 4 times about it, walmart itself is going to refund me the full amount we spent on it, and we get to keep the ride on. That is an o.k. solution, but I would have been happier if I could have returned the item. We will never order sesslife sold products, again

Bought gravity rocking chairs. Chairs are not what the descriptions of them were in Walmart's website. You're not getting what you're paying for as far as quality is concerned. I will never buy these products again and I will never purchase anything from Walmart marketplace. Save your money and look elsewhere!
