I ordered a new product from Walmart online. What arrived from SDG Distribution on the date promised was a "refurbished" version of this product. The label on the box stated it was made in China and had no manufacturer's warranty. When I questioned them, they claimed that I had ordered a refurbished one and had received what I ordered. That was not true! The sales receipt from Walmart did not say "refurbished". When I questioned SDG later, they claimed they didn't have any of the product in stock and offered me $10.00 to keep the one they had sent. I had a lengthy non-productive go-round with Walmart's Customer Service. It required an email to their Executive Escalation Office to resolve the issue. There it was promptly and professionally handled. SDG DESERVES NO STARS AT ALL!!!

Ordered from Walmart web site, listed showed two day free shipping. Checked each day, next three days. Finally around 4:30 PM Eastern time the delivery date on the UPS tracking page changed from that date to four days later. Immediately contacted Walmart, and got a confirmation message that they had relayed to complaint to SDG. Got an automated reply from them that I would hear back "shortly". That was 1:30 PM Pacific time, plenty of time to reply that day. No reply, now on the third day since, two days after the advertised delivery date. Too many options for finger pointing, but SDG and Walmart are the ones I have had contact with, after a fashion. So far, neither of those are representing themselves well.

I purchased a power adapter for my digital photo frame. I specified the make and model. It doesn't fit. I can't contact the company. Their returns website doesn't work. I have called them many times, only once did the call get answered by a machine. I left a message but no one returned my call. I don't recommend anyone buy from them.

Absolutely horrid customer service. I was sent the WRONG item and walmart did an amazing job getting back to me. These distributors, took their time and had no intent of getting back to me. I had to message multiple times, and finally had to start being rather firm instead of friendly because they completely ignore people. I am unhappy with them and because of their treatment, I will never order online from walmart again. Especially with this horrid company as a distributor of theirs. So SAD. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

I ordered a Seiki ST2103M Portable Bluetooth Speaker - BLACK from them through Walmart. It was defective and would not keep a charge. I Spoke to their customer service department, and they gave me a return authorization. I packaged it up and sent it off. It cost me $25.00 to ship a $23.00 speaker from Maryland to California. I never received a new speaker, and never heard from the company. I already had an identical speaker that I purchased a few years ago in another store, and it works great. I'm very disappointed with the whole process.

These guys will not stand by a product I purchased. It worked for three weeks. To make sure they did not have to accept a return and refund my money, they told me they would send me a new power cord. That was on December 13th and as of today(December 29, 2018) I still do not have the power cord and it is past the 30 days they allow for returns. What a rip-off. I have a broken product and I am out the money I paid for it. These guys are Walmart Marketplace sellers and I will now contact Walmart to let them know that these guys are a rip-off. DO NOT BUY FROM SDG DISTRIBUTION, UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE !!!!!!!!!!!!
