If I could give negative stars I would, horrible company to deal with. I bought 2 cases for a portable cell phone charger ( ad made it look like I was getting charger as well) costing $60.98 when I tried to return and get my money back Scontrolc was going to charge me $30 for shipping!! And was only going to refund me less than $20 (can't figure out their math either). This company is a total and complete ripoff and scam don't order from them! Walmart should discontinue thier partnership immediately!!

Toy ordered for my son canceled a WEEK BEFORE XMAS!! And why did the company wait a WEEK before Christmas to decide to cancel it with no warning!? There was one left in stock when I ordered this it should NOT have been an issue. I don’t believe this company is in business and I will be researching further and holding Walmart accountable.

0 stars. Ordered something November 15, they billed me and printed a shipping label and never mailed the item. It’s December 7, still no item. Still shows as ‘not arrived’ at the post office. I can’t return the item to walmart because I don’t actually have the item to return and according to them the item is ‘shipped’. Tried contacting the ‘seller’ and haven’t heard a thing. Contacted Walmart, who then said they contacted the seller. This is a scam artist. Don’t order from them period.

NO ear buds when package arrived and was charged for the item. Requesting a refund. Don't buy from this seller!!!!!!

Walmart should really stop doing business with this company. Had I seen all of these reviews, I wouldn't have ordered my son's advent calendar from here. It was supposed to arrive on 11/26 - then delayed until 11/29. The shipping information has never been updated. I have not received the package and I have a VERY disappointed 8 year old who doesn't get an advent calendar this year. I contacted the seller via the form online - no response. I contacted Walmart customer service who said all they could do was escalate a message to SCONTROLC - still no response. At this point I want to try to get a refund. Let's see if that works. This is really screwed up.

I wish I had seen this before I ordered. I ordered something from Walmart.com that was sold by this company. It’s been over 3 weeks and still have not gotten a confirmation that the item has shipped. When I looked again at the item the price has gone up since I ordered. Wonder if I’ll ever get it!

I ordered some paper. I live in Colorado. They shipped the paper to someone in Texas. No response! Where is my order????

I seen this scrolling across my fb page I seen Tupperware salt and pepper shakers for $41.63. I left a review because I sell Tupperware and I sell them everyday for $19.50 plus tax.

I ordered an Dark Horse Night King Statue through Walmart.com that was fine at first. Then at the day the item was supposed to be delivered, the tracking info indicated that there was a shipping delay.? Shortly after, I was issued a refund without any communication!! When I checked back at Walmart.com, they still had a number of items available But Price Was Doubled!!! This company issued me a refund because they wanted to sell at double price since the other company selling the same item in Walmart.com was also selling it at double the price.

Ordered an item from walmart.com,thinking by the price that it was a large toy. Item that was sent sells for $6:99 at Walmart and this reseller representing themselves as a Walmart, charged us over 40.00. How can a multi billion dollar company allow this scam artist to continue representing them on their Website

Zero Stars if possible. Looks like this company is price gouging. They have O'Keeffe's Cream, the Rough and Red for skin problems for sale for $41.11. EVERYWHERE else has it for around $10.00. It's possible that they could be a "front" with crazy prices. This would encourage people to buy it at Walmart if they see it offered for a lower price. If this is the case then SHAME on Walmart. If the company is real, I don't understand why Walmart allows it to sell through them. Walmart needs to police their 3rd party sellers. Apparently it doesn't.

I believe this Co. Does not exist. Called over and over to reach someone. Needed some questions answered about the product. Left numerous emails and did not here nothing for weeks. Glad I didn't order anything. Shame on Walmart to let such a incompetent independent seller, a ghost I should say to take consumers hard earned money and not deliver.

I ordered a product through Walmart in February & have had the funds deducted from my account. The product showed as in stock, but I have neither received what I ordered nor a refund for which I have demanded now in 4 emails with only 1 response back from this company. They are terrible & will only steal from you. I will never order through Walmart because of this shady company they choose to promote.

Well, just as I expected after my experience and reading various reviews; I did not receive my item, yet WalMart has assured me they will issue a refund quickly if I don't hear from the seller or receive my item today. I think they have likely heard about all they want to hear about this seller and like us have had enough shortcomings. I will not be ordering from WalMart in the future; yes I'm glad they will issue a refund, but given they allow sellers none of us can depend on, who wants to risk any of that. Amazon apparently twists the arms of their sellers into complying with their agreement. I have had issues with Amazon sellers but when things didn't seem to be going right, I simply either contacted Amazon or hit the return item button on the orders page and forced the return down the throat of the seller. So if they were going to be inclined to be less than honorable, I took that choice away from them. WalMart, I had hoped would give Amazon a run for their money, when they started offering free 2 day shipping and often competitive pricing on items. But if they are not going to hold these people accountable, the whole thing will collapse soon enough.

First, I should say that the order I am waiting on is promised by tomorrow, July 20th through USPS. Here it is July 19th and every day I've tracked this shipment through the USPS website it shows absolutely nothing. So I don't have a positive mindset about receiving this in a timely manner. I chatted online with WalMart customer service who promised it would be here tomorrow. I know it 'can' be here tomorrow. It could even arrive today. But we are moving in less than 2 weeks and it damn well better be here before then and the right item. WalMart seems to have a lot of less than honorable vendors and this isn't my first time not being satisfied with them. I'm going to try and not leave a rating yet, but if I have to choose one, I'll choose 2 stars for the moment, just because I can't verify a shipment has occurred.
