I bought a laptop bag and they cancelled

Order a game that was supposed to have 2 discs but only came with one the picture they showed on the item showed 2 ripeoff company

Wow... I ordered a refurbished hard drive from a 3rd party seller through Walmart but I didn't expect it to be delivered in a refurbished package with a large a hole init! The packaging had no protection (a foam pad on ONE side of the HD? Really?) or so much as the word "FRAGILE" marked on the packaging?

Needless to say, I don't expect this hard drive to work.

I ordered an item off of Walmart.com. And was sent the wrong item. Do not buy from this marketplace.

I ordered a product , Boxer Interactive A.I. Robot Toy (Black) with Personality and Emotions, on Oct 2, 2019. It said it would be delivered by Oct 10, 2019. Pick up at store was not an option. I paid a total of 36.58 , including tax and delivery on my PayPal Credit account, which Savetronix debited on Oct 2, 2019.

I saw order was received and in processing. So I did not do any further checking. I was a FOOL. I should have checked review on this seller Savetronics. Very Bad Reviews. I will not buy from this seller again....BEWARE....

So on the Oct 10th I check status of order online and saw that nothing was done...(I should have done days earlier, but I did not.) I sent them an email, and did not receive a response that day. On Oct 11, I still did not receive an email. I checked online and the status was changed to delay in processing. THen I called Walmart.Com to complain about seller, to ask that a refund be processed, to not have a $10.00 cancellation or restocking fee, and to Insist That Walmart Remove this SELLER....I hope that happens.

DO NOT BUY FROM SAVETRONICS....Headaches, Delays, No Customer Service,,,even Walmart.Com associates could not reach them by phone on Friday Oct 11 around 11:30 AM PST or 2:30 PM EST. They said they were closed. Since when is Friday not a business day in the middle of the afternoon.

I give them NO stars. But I chose 1 star to help lower their average.

I purchased a refurbished Sunbeam Portable sewing machine ordered thru Wal Mart. The box machine was in was damaged. The sewing kit that was to come with it was missing. I called someone on it and they were to contact m within 24hrs. No contact yet. Haven't had a chance to see it the machine runs or not because the hole in needle is so small, one can't get it threaded by hand and the cheap needle threader that can with it bent with the first try to putting it in the needle hole. I tried the extra one with it and the same. Purchased some universal needles yesterday, so will see if this solves the problem. After reading the reviews on this site, I probably got screwed.

I ordered from Walmart.com then noticed it was sold and shipped by savetronix. I will never buy from Walmart or savetronix again. I called after reading their reviews online about how damaged their products arrived. I was concerned about my collectors box that came with my order so I called and requested bubble wrapping and extra precautions. The lady answered the phone and was completely unprofessional and sounded like I was bothering someone working from home. Needless to say the box arrived damaged, bent and creased which will ultimately lower the value. DO NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. Avoid at all costs. I can't send it back due to their ridiculous 20 percent restock fees plus shipping costs. Bullshit. Repeat. DO. NOT. ORDER IF THIS COMPANY IS THE SELLER. YOU WILL BE SAD LIKE ME.

I bought a tracfone online thinking it was Wal-Mart. I returned item because after 2 hours of putting in serial number and calling tracfone. They said something wasn't done at store and could not be activated either not scanned out or not listed as sold? I took phone to Wal-Mart and they returned it for me.. I got charged 1/3 the cost of the phone because I returned it.

Bought a Pokemon Lost Thunder TCG Elite Trainer Box and found it arrived opened, and not only that but all the packs have only 7 basic cards with no holos. Do not buy from this company unless you like defective merchandise.

Ordered a specific brand and model vehicle dash cam they advertised but received a totally different model dash cam. This seems to be a common occurrence with this vendor.

I ordered a Mommy and me styled My Generation doll outfit from Walmart’s market place. The picture and description showed a shirt, cardigan and tutu skirt for a child and matching outfit for the doll. I received a cardigan for child and doll in a clear bag. The outfit is missing for both child and doll. Do not buy from them.

Bought a refurbished clarity brand phone amplifier for my dad with hearing problem. It took me a few weeks to get to their home a couple hours to install and it was faulty. Buzzed and slider button wired backwards. It was a week beyond 30 days so they refused to replace it and gave no assistance online. So I’m out the money and will no longer buy from shady sellers on WalMart. Don’t buy from Savetronix. At least EBay backs my purchases. Will buy there or Amazon.

The Fellowes Spectra 95 laminating machine I ordered does not work. The ready light never came on and it never heated up. Very disappointed.

I placed an online order for a computer program. Within 5 minutes, I requested a cancellation of my order. Savetronix stated that was not possible because it was being prepared for shipment. I asked if I could return it unopened for a refund and they said yes. When I received the package, I didn't even open the shipping envelope. I immediately returned it to the seller. They later issued a refund LESS $10 for a restocking fee. Considering that I immediately asked for cancellation, I should have received a full refund. So, buyers beware and don't click on purchase from this seller UNLESS you are absolutely certain. Unlike Amazon, there's no grace period to review or change your order

My phone case arrived days early and was packaged well. Stated phone case was used, but looked brand new to me.
