Sai Holdings aka Eau De Luxe, Ltd sold me a fake bottle of Le Labo Tonka 25 on ebay. But when the bottle arrived the first red flag was the fragrance was clear when Tonka 25 is amber colored. Final red flag was the fragrance wasn't fragrance at all, it was 100% rubbing alcohol. I kindly asked for a return, waited for the item to arrive back to them & in the meantime I researched their feedback & noticed other buyers complained of the same exact issue. RUBBING ALCOHOL! I didn't want to assume & accuse them of selling known fakes so I tried to send them an email to warn them the fragrance was a knockoff. I went to push send & BOOM they blocked me. Minutes later I received a "partial refund notification" where Sai Holdings only issued half my money! I contacted eBay & eBay issued the balance. The next day after receiving my full refund I left Sai negative feedback. I made sure not to say anything derogatory or outside the parameters of what happened. Almost immediately my feedback was removed! I called eBay immediately & asked why my feedback was removed & ebay said the seller called to dispute my feedback and was successful. I asked the rep if they could see what I wrote & he said, "yes, I read your feedback while we were on hold & to be honest I don't know why your feedback was removed & very surprised they got it taken down." Long story short, yes I got all my money back but what about the next guy who buys this bottle of fragrance? Cause guess what Sai Holdings did after trying to sell me this fake bottle, blocking me & then attempt to keep half my money? THEY REPOSTED THE FRAGRANCE I JUST RETURNED for someone else to buy! Instead of reaching out to me & apologizing & simply issuing my refund, instead they block me, attempt to keep more than half my money, call ebay to have my negative feedback removed & then repost the same fake bottle! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Despicable business practice & I swear I'll never buy from this place again

HORRIBLE FRAUDULENT COMPANY - purchased on Walmart website last year. I realized 2-4 weeks after placing the order the merchandise had not arrived. Went to the website and it said it was "delayed" and website said out of stock. So, i waited thinking they would restock. My credit card was charged at this point. Tried to contact customer service and no response. Very frustrating. Decided to wait a bit more since it was "in transit" but "delayed". What a mistake. I forgot about it. I reached out to the company recently and they said they couldn't rack my order, yet the order number is clearly there on the Walmart login site. They basically said tough luck and that I should have contacted them sooner. What the hell. They basically stole my money. Took funds from my credit card and did not deliver a product. Thinking this was Walmart website, I made the "mistake" of trusting them all and waiting to see if the product would restock and be delivered. Come to find out, there are similar stories.

Absolutely disgusting products. I paid $9.99 for a Bare Minerals small size mascara. It arrived and there were NO bristles on the brush, there was no liquid in the tube and it looked like a petrie dish for eye fungus. I CANNOT believe that Walmart allows this disgusting company to be a third party vendor. AND I had to PAY to send the disgusting, old, used, detrimental to my health, tube of mascara back to this ridiculous excuse for a company. If you value your health, do NOT buy from them. I took a photo of it and if there were a way to upload it here, I would and everyone could see why this company should not exist and if I could give it MINUS 5 stars I would.

WHY DO YOU PEOPLE SELL PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT AUTHENTIC???? DO YOU THINK PEOPLE ARE SO INGNORANT THEY AREN'T GOING TO REALIZE IT???? YOU ARE MAKING A BAD NAME FOR YOURSELF, SERIOUSLY!!!

Like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for" that's why I always buy straight from the companies that make the products, especially perfumes. Based on all the negative reviews, I won't be trying out zilch from this seller.

Product took over a month to arrive, its a counterfeit

I ordered a perfume called Scoundrel I use to buy it when I was younger. I don't remember it smelling like this. I though it smelt different. To me it smells like they have had it on the shelf from way back when. Then they decided to sell it. I don't know

Terrible service. Item never arrived. I emailed them numerous times on the customer services email address on their website, but had no response. I have had to escalate the problem to paypal to try to obtain a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a product from this seller and I had problem with the product. I sent message multiple times because I wanted to return but the seller never replied to my messages.

TERRIBLE Customer Service. I received notification that the item shipped and the expected date of arrival. I never received my order and it was noted as, “Customer changed mind” which was not true. Later found out through Walmart that the item was out of stock.
