I have been waiting for 2 rings since June 17 and they still have not arrived.

Ordered 2 sac silver rings from walmart.com and never received them. Ordered different ones from Amazon and didnt receive them either. Both times tracking stopped once it reached San Jose CA. Not sure this store isn't closed down and their products need to be removed.

Order two rings never received them

Recently ordered 2 925 sterling silver rings and only one arrived. When I checked the tracking information they stated 2 delivered, to date, I've received nothing. Waiting on response from Sac Sliver to see how they expect to take care of this. 1st experience has not went well.

I received a ring my fiancé bought and it was the completely wrong size from what was ordered this is fustrating because this is the second time this has happened I cannot get ahold of someone to talk to about a reorder and I will not pay again for something I already paid for I will not shop here again

I have bought the same ring twice now, and I have not recieved any of them. I bought two of the same ring at separate times hoping the second time I would get them. Thats a laugh...I still did not get them. They did give me my money back the first time.....they better the second time. Im beginning to wonder if this store even has Jewelry, or just sells people Jewelry what they have. This is very Frustrating! Im not buying from them again !

I have ordered several rings from sac silver and the only issue was one product did not arrive and it's impossible to get ahold of customer svs. Fortunately I ordered through Walmart who guarantees satisfaction or refund.

Order wedding set from seller, when my order arrived a week later it was the complete wrong ring, emailed seller got a response saying they would resend my order, now I havent heard anything back saying if my new order was shipped. Will NEVER buy from this company agian!

I received a ring from you in a timely manner. However it was not the ring I ordered. Nor was the ring you sent me anywhere near cost of what I paid for the ring I ordered. I'm a 56 yr old nurse, what do I want with a ring with a crudely shaped 30 on it?

Very unhappy about my attempt to purchase an item from Sac Silver. They sent me the wrong size item but expect me to pay to return it. I buy frequently online and have not had a seller expect me to pay for their error. Thought you should be aware. Thank you.
