I bought a TV unit from the range online and realised it come from your store. The product l received on the 16th of August was the wrong colour, so! I packed it back up and phoned on the 16th to let them know it was the wrong colour and want it returned. I had never heard of your company before but l would just like you to know that the range customer care service are giving your company a bad name, on the facts of the complaints l have read. It's the 24th now and they have treated me with no customer care whatsoever. They have told me they have been in touch with you to pick this item up, so theyre putting the blame on your company, that's without all the lying and actually cutting me off when I'm on the phone.....disgusted. I'll be honest and let you know l have been in touch with the Consumer Ombudsman about my problem with the range. I looked on the packaging on the box and saw the name Ruum Store, did a bit of research and finally found your site and this is why I'm hoping l can get some help from you. I actually can not do any rating as l don't know how this problem will go.....Sorry. l am hoping you can let me know if anyone will pick this item up. I'm sorry to write if by any chance l do not get this problem solved by Ruum Store, l can only carry on my path with the Ombudsman.Yours Sincerely Mrs Maxine Fineschi.

Item was weeks late.
It arrived with the finish chipped and dirty and missing parts. Assembly was a joke. All the parts in the same bag. Screws 5mm size difference.
Plastic and cheap
ZERO customer service.
