Never received order

I ordered sheets from them which they never even shipped and they will not refund me. They do not even answer refund requests from Walmart.

Ordered sheetset from them and I received the wrong color I was in desperate need and couldn't wait another2 weeks so I kept them. They are super soft and so far We love them but will see how long they last.

I ordered a black cotton sheet. I got a navy blue cotton sateen sheet. I ordered through Wal-Mart but will never make that mistake again. It is a nightmare trying to contact anyone. Only way to post a review is to give a star otherwise I would give a negative rating!

I ordered a full size sheets off this company. Never got them. Never will order off them again. Royaltex a terrible company.

I ordered a Sheets set ( Queen size )on 6-30-19 ..then found out it's a "Market Place "Royaltex from Walm.com ,Then

received a email "Order confirmed "from Walmart.com & noticed it said Full Sheet Set ,in 10 -20 mins I Emailed back to Customer service on 6-30-19 , they sent my emailed to that company Royaltex & told me I'd get a Answer in 24/48 hrs from Royaltex ,I recieved the Wrong Size Sheets on 7-4-19 ...Still Waiting 7-9-19 & I Emailed the company & No Reply either !!! I gave the sheets away...I ordered a Queen set Not a Full set !!! Walmart Customer service, Wasn't any Help at All ,I Can't Return to Walmart & No Address to Return to Royaltex Comp. !!!!

No response from anyone after multiple attempts, both by phone and email.

Awful customer service!!!!

Ordered twin size bed sheets in white, they are NOT white they are yellow.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Did not respond to my customer service email request for a refund for 3 weeks. Did not answer the dummy phone number they have set up for customers. Terrible.

Poor quality mattress pad. No responses to several emails and telephone calls. You cannot return product purchased from this company to Walmart store. I am going to try to dispute with my credit card company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I had ordered items then got a email it would arrive June26th. The next day another email saying it would be delivered June 27th. Guess what? , I'm asking for refund. How does this comoany stay in buisness ? Not loiki g goif for wal-mart either.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Ordered a matress protector which ripped in two places upon installation. Called the customer service center to no prevail multiple times. Finally reached through to someone and they hung up on me. Absolutely terrible.
