I have ordered some curtains from this company back before Thanksgiving. To my surprise the order has not been delivered, I have reached out to Walmart where I placed the order to contact this company. Asking why is there such a long delay. I was told a 48 hour turn around time. It’s been 3 weeks. Walmart doesn’t seem to care about the delay, also the product is cheaper now, and Walmart doesn’t want to return the difference for a product I still do not have. Both companies get a ZERO rating.

this company is a scam I order curtains on August 13 they said they would arrive on the 27 I have no curtains. Walmart should be a shame of themselves i guess they are all about money because why would they deal with a company like this!!

They created a USPS shipping slip immediately so I couldn’t cancel and then never shipped my item. Contacted them multiple times in find out the status of shipment and got no response. Awful customer service.

ordered curtans and was delvered the tops only second shipment the bottoms are delayed have wrtten four messages and never a reply although they say they wll get back to me within 24 hours.

I ordered some floor tile from this company through Walmart. I received notification that the product had shipped - including a FedEx tracking number, but FedEx never received the box! I contacted Walmart, they emailed and indicated I would hear from Royal Bath within 1 business day. I didn't hear from Royal Bath so I contacted Walmart again. I was given a story that the shipment was lost and the product is now out of stock. Hopefully I will get the reimbursement Walmart promised me! I would NEVER order from Royal Bath Inc. again after reading many bad reviews. I have had good luck with Walmart in the past, but Walmart shouldn't be dealing with Royal Bath Inc. It seems Royal Bath is pulling shenanigans by saying something shipped when it actually hasn't, as I am not the only one to report this problem!!!

HORRIBLE!!!! Why would WalMart allow these so called MarketPlace sellers to sell items they apparently do not have in stock on the WalMart we’d site! I placed an order on June 02, 2020 for curtians. Well it’s July 14th and still no curtians. I have requested a refund twice to no avail. I received an email from WalMart stating that I would be contacted within one day from what I believe is a non existent company. Never again will I order from a Market Place seller! This is nothing more than poor business practices on WalMarts part and needs to be rectified. They need to add a zero star rating!

Never received my package... Ordered on June 22nd and it's July 2nd now. Called got no person ...told to email but no response. The tracking says they made a label but never shipped it. Not sure how to get my money back even at this point. Stoked 100 dollars from me basically.

This Royal Bath has terrible service they take the money and Never got the product. Were suppose to be deliver on June 5th never came. Walmart does not care you didnt by there curtain same email every time... Never will order on line again! Lesson Learn!

I or4dered 4 things of tile and they said it was shipped but then the seller canceled my order and I have also sent several emails also. Whoever deals with these people needs to pay everyone their money back. My order was over $100.00.

Royal bath customer service is horrible. They will not reply to multiple emails. I place an order on May 10th said it was shipped but that was a lie. I will never try to buy anything from them ever again. If I could I would give the -5 stars.
