Rowland Direct Warehouse sent me a DAMAGED bird cage....the box was bent in the middle and so was the cage. I returned it to the UPS store within a half an house of delivery. ROWLAND DIRECT WAREHOUSE only refunded $84. and I paid $188

This is a shady seller and I wish I had seen they have an F rating with BBB and many, many other reviews with similar issues like I had! They assured me I could return a cage and order the correct one when I contacted them the same day the order was placed even though they said it had shipped already. They said if I did not refuse shipment or mark Return to Sender, that I would not have a problem and they’d do a shipping label. Come to find out the return shipping is my responsibility and a $134 cage cost $170 to return! They KNEW this and only wanted the second sale when they told me to order the bigger cage and return the other one! Complete scammers and liars! Amazon stood behind this shady seller and not their customer! I’m disputing the charge and if it isn’t refunded, I’ll never pay it. I have an 800 credit score and I do NOT care! NOT PAYING THEM ON PRINCIPLE!

This company wants me to pay shipping cost for an item I have to return to them and the cost of the shipping is way more than the item cost I told them I can’t pay $101.00 to ship this back to them and they want me to take the item out it together again and send them pictures so they can see that’s it’s was put together correctly and that’s not even the issue. The issue is the quality of the product it’s not sturdy enough for my pet . They are very difficult company and don’t care about there customers they take your money and expect to get more money for crappy products I would suggest never purchase any products from this company they are an awful company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!They sent a damaged cage that could end with the death of my birds had I chosen to keep it. Many of the assembly parts were damaged,bent, and left gaps between walls etc. I returned to Walmart following the return process. They are now claiming they didn't receive both boxes, and are taking no responsibility for the dMaged cage and the return process. They won't refund me stating they only have 1 box. $500 for a unsafe and damaged cage that I returned, and now have to deal with this horrific vendor until they do the right thing. I am never ordering threw Walmart again. They need to dump this dishonest vendor, and improve the accountability to customers.

I purchased 2 stacks of 2 cages from Rowland Direct Wholesale from Amazon. However, I did not open the package due to moving, several months later I opened the boxes only to find they were incomplete. I contacted Roland and they refused to even speak to me insisting they want my Amazon ID number for the purchase. I stated I was not looking for a and out or a freebie as it had been several months and I realize I was negligence in not opening the package/boxes sooner. All I wanted to do is repurchase the missing items and they again REFUSED stating I had to prove I purchased through Amazon even though all I want to do is repurchase the missing items. Amazon states they no longer have my records because I had to close out my original account and even though it was reopened under the same name and everything. So I have over a thousand dollars in cages that are missing parts. Apparently, this is a Chinese affiliated company and does not care about their reputation and according to the BBB they have Many Complaints. .

I ordered a hanging bird cage stand through Amazon that was shipped by Rowland Direct. The stand had no directions and was missing a leg. The box was destroyed and I think the leg could have been lost in transit. I contacted Amazon who told the company to resend another one immediately. They refused to ship,another one to me until they received mine. The carton which was about 3 feet long could not be put back together. I had trouble finding a carton to ship it in. I contacted Amazon 3x and spoke to supervisors who asked them to send it immediately since I had bought a bird and could not take it home until I had a place to put the cage. I eventually found a large box and shipped it back to them. They didn’t care that I was paying fees to board the bird since it was purchased and was ready to go home. New one finally arrived after many emails back and forth between me, Amazon and Rowland Direct. I would never buy anything from this company again! Now have to figure out how to put it together since it had no instructions. I actually sent them the carton I received inside the carton I found eventually.
