I have been waiting on a part for my hot water heater since Dec 12, I paid extra to get it by Dec 16, NOTHING. I think Walmart should take them off their website. They suck.i only gave them 1 star so this could post

I ordered a box of brackets, selected 1 box of 50, when package arrived, 1 bracket, when questioned about receiving 1, instead of 50. Said listing was incorrect, they didn't send the other 49, said I should have known it was only 1 ????????

My experience with this vendor has been horrible.

I ordered a item from Walmart and Walmart sent the order to Ron's Home & Hardware who in turn ordered a substitute product without my consent. When the order was brought to my house by a substitute UPS driver, He marked the package delivered when in fact I had refused the package. I never touched the packaged and had immediately refused the package. Because (for reasons unknown) he marked the packaged delivered which set off a response from me. I t has been a month since this occurred. and today UPS told me the corrected information has been sent to Ron's. Still have not heard from them and after reading all the complaints regarding their handling of refunds and record of not sending the correct products, I'm really concerned. Be vigilant when ordering from Walmart and check out the their supplier before ordering online.

Awful!! Customer service is crap and lies constantly.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Ordered one thing, they sent another. I called, no human answered, just a recording. I contacted by email, no response. A waste of your time, go somewhere else.

Don't buy from them. It's a rip off. And they said I could,take it back to Walmart But that's not true. Walmart didn't know anything about this. So you are stuck with it. Because can't send back. A bottle of soap $21 dollars and in store its 4dollars. Buy beware.would give a 0 but not on there.

Return policy terrible. Dont order anything from them. It will most likely be damaged. You must pay for your own shipping. Shipping was more than price of product.

Tried to cancel an online order they wanted me to talk to a computer expert for $1. Really?. Terrible customer service

This company has a terrible return policy. I ordered a $17 doorbell and they sent the wrong model. I had to pay $4 to return the product that they sent in error. Stay clear of these guys!
