I purchased 2 TV mounts for my new RV. Unfortunately, I was not able to install them for about 4 weeks after receiving them. They will not fit my application. Tried to return them today just 7 days after their return cutoff and they won't let me return them. Still have them in the shipping box they came in. Will never order from them again.

Ordered this item for Christmas never arrived, and the website showed continuously that the item was on its way. Called over a month after the order to the vendor, and they gave the runaround on a refund, stating check the post office, even though I just wanted a refund. Found the item was at the post office and refused delivery. Called back for a refund and now it's my fault it hadn't been delivered, and Jenny at customer service hangs up on me, even though I was polite the entire time. I called back and asked for a supervisor or Jenny's boss, she stated that she was the only person there, so again I tried to obtain a refund, and again she hung up. I contacted Walmart customer service, and they graciously remedied the problem with the vendor. Thank you, Walmart for your great customer service, and please address this vendor.
