ROCKY CAMPER

I ordered back in December 2021 on the Wal-Mart Official site and apparently the product was coming by Rocky Camper. I finally got the unused not even folded box the product would come in but no product, however now it shows its marked as delivered. All these people do is take your money and I'm not so sure Wal-Mart is not in cahoots with them. (Only gave a star so I can post)

Bought a microwave replacement bulb.

Waited a very long time to receive it. Paid too much money.

I was NOT satisfied with what I got!

The bulb is so dull I can't see the food inside the oven. First and last time customer

I have ordered from this company through Wal-Mart.com, I never received my order I contacted them and got a rude reply and then they never contacted me again, won't answer my emails, I am out the money I spent on this product. I should have checked the reviews on this company first but I placed a large order and didn't take the time to investigate each and every vender. Don't trust this company and I have second thoughts about Wal-Mart.com now as well

Company sent me a defective item, I returned it and they admitted getting back but refuse to refund, just kept saying I didn't request a refund, which I did and kept sending the screenshot and they just kept sending back they didn't receive the request. This is the worst company ever and makes you not trust anything sold at Walmart.

First, they buy your product from another company, located in N.Y. , then pass it off as there's for a more expensive price.

Second, the delivery time is a joke. It took them 2 weeks to get me a small part for my laptop, after ordering it from another company.

Third, they don't have any options to get it to you overnight or in two days. It's 2 weeks or don't buy here.

My suggestion is, if you do buy from this company and have problems, then you deserve what you get for not heeding the warnings herein!

I didn’t receive a charger for an electronic device I ordered. I contacted Rocky Camper and they stopped responding.

I made an order on the 9th never recieved it call them very unprofessional will not buy from them ever Walmart you need to stop dealing with them bad service

Usb Receiver Wireless Dongle Adapter for Logitech G PRO G903 G403 Mouse Adapter

I ordered this $18 piece of tech equipment to replace the wireless adapter for my PC mouse. It was cheap and I needed it to go wireless. Made the purchase and the shipping took a while. I had heard stories of Walmart and its off shoot companies having problems delivering items to households. Well that is what exactly happened. It showed the item was delivered but I never received it. When I contacted rocky camper they told me it wasn't their fault and to get a hold the post office to check where the package was and to show proof I contacted the main post office in my busy town to them and that either way it shows it was delivered and that it wasn't their fault and that it's out of their hands once it leaves their work place and that they have no way to track it. They said it's up to post office to figure it out and if they can't the post office needs to reimburse me. At this point it's not even worth the hassle for such a cheap piece of equipment but just saying Walmart and their off shoot businesses they work with are big companies so me never ordering from them again won't hurt them but I never will no matter how cheap the item is. As far as this company rocky they are a horrible business and the emails they sent me were rude and they didn't help me at all. Never again will I make an order with them. Not worth my time and money.

I ordered a product. Promised date ROCKY CAMPER 12/15/2021 But on 12/17 package not even at usps. They don’t seem to care that it is not going to get to my product. So I will just loose my money I suppose I will be careful and never order from them again

This company is a scam & Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this poor excuse of a company to be doing any business with Walmart. They took my order & my money & didn't send me what I paid for but they're playing dumb with replies that the post office confirmed my delivery which is not the complaint. SEND ME WHAT I PAID FOR YOU THIEVES!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE CROOKS!! (You have to select a star for your review to post but they are a ZERO!!)

After 9 days order was canceled with no explanation

I also had a problem with this seller had 2 orders one got misplaced one was out of stock . This was after I had already paid for them. He told me I had to go to the background and apply for a refund. Never heard of such has any one else . anyway I never git a Refund from him. Would not suggest him to no one. That's my minute

I also had problems from this supplier (Rocky Camper). They did not ship product with USPS but tried to tell me they did. Tracking # indicated they did not send to post office, but they tried to tell me they did, so I never received my item ordered. Called customer service but they were less than helpful. Like it was a chore for them to do anything about it. My advise is to do NO business with Rocky Camper. Possible scam.

This seller is phony. My order was missing in transit. I asked them for replacement. They didn't care if customers receive a order or not.
