I never received the A7 case ordered through Walmart Canada although tracking indicated it was delivered. I doubt that it was stolen off my stoop.

Using the Walmart online website, we ordered a battery for our vacuum in November 2022. It has yet to arrive. RoastedCanuck's tracking shows it was shipped but not delivered. We called Walmart customer service and were told they would contact RoastedCanuck and we would receive a call in a couple of days. The contact was an email to RoastedCanuck saying the customer wanted a refund. RostedCanuck sent us an email saying a refund would be given when we returned the battery to Walmart. We contacted Walmart again and they sent an email and Roasted sent us an email. After several rounds over several months, we emailed and snail mailed Walmart Customer service. We have yet to receive a response to either one. If it was possible, we would give both companies a -5 rating. Walmart has lost online and in person customers and I warn people to stay away from RoastedCanuck.

Purchased a kit of 6 RGB fans with controller, they sent me something that got sent back by Canada post. I check for refund, the fans aren't the same price and out of stock, like 120$ more than I paid. Already 1 week and half still no refund and waiting for walmart to refund me and screw this fraudster once and for all.

They sent me low quality products without any mention and falsely advertising as apple earbuds.

Roasted Canuck Inc. are scammers. Would give zero stars if I could. They ship fake knock off items.

I have not received my product although tracking history is saying the order has been delivered. I ordered a S pen.

Ordered a product through Walmart.ca and the tracking number associated with the parcel I received matched… but was another product all together with a first name (Sara) for someone else and no meaningful address (just a Canada post outlet). This seller is a scam and with the name Roastedcunuck Inc., outwardly scamming Canadians. I’m going to attempt to get a refund from Walmart. I suspect I’m out c.$90. Ironically the package said from Amazon.com.ca and c/o ACFSI (6363 Millcreek Drive Mississauga).

I ordered a gaming keyboard as a Christmas gift and was so excited since I couldn't find it anywhere. I ordered it through Walmart from Roasted Canuck Inc. And they sent the wrong keyboard. Now the one I was looking for is no where to be found. The keyboard I did receive is way cheaper everywhere else so I've just overpayed for a keyboard that I didn't order.

Very poor/no response to questions on the status of my order. Intelcom is showing my package is being processed. Track shipment on Walmart website shows delayed and my order status on Walmart states it has shipped. I emailed requesting an update but nothing to date. Placed my order over 1 week ago.

ordered an item from canuckinc and it said it didn’t ship, but it arrived and it is completely different from what I ordered.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, buy anything that is sold or affiliated with RoastedCanuck INC. I bought a product and had to return it because it was an open box and the product did not work. It was obviously a return from another buyer and RoastedCanuck just resold it as if the product was new. I then repurchased the product a second time and the same issue. It seems RoadstedCanuck INC (with a house address in London, ON) resell returns and don't bother to check if they are functional. More to the point, there is no mention on Walmart's marketplace platform (where I bought the product) that I will be paying full price for an refurbished open box item.
