I don't think they even have a customer service dept. Never got any response. Will not buy anything from them again.
Company is horrible and liars. Pay more elsewhere and get a piece of mind.
Please ease do not ship with these guys. They sell refurbished items and don't do a good job actually refurnishing the items. I've gone through three laptops, all the same model and all have failed due to the same reason, in less than 2 months. These guys are scammers
This company does a terrible job refurnishing items. Do not buy from them, you will regret it later..
These guys didn't respond to me when i was trying to return one of their defective products.
