I ordered a futon for my son on April 20, 2022. They printed out a shipping label, but UPS never received the futon. RealRooms said that it is in the hands of UPS, even though it was never shipped. UPS can not help me because it was never received. So now I am out of the money and do not have a futon for my son. Customer service is terrible.
I order computer desk that was suppose to arrive a week ago.. no information on tracking only say delay, when i try calling the number provided they say they are the manufacturer not the seller and told to email the seller.. i been sending emails to know when the computer desk is at and when will I receive the desk but no response back.. thinking only i been scam out of my money
