I have used the Ceramic Detailer in the past was very pleased with it. On August 29th I ordered another bottle of Ceramic Detailer and show that a charge was made to my credit card that day. On September 30th I still had not received the product. I called and spoke with (I believe) Art or Arthur who took the order number, said he would look into it and call me back.
Later that day I found a e-mail stating that my order had been cancelled per my request and a refund is pending. To be clear, I never made such a request. I am, however, quite frustrated at the service that I have received from this company. While I really like the product and how it performs, I'm not quite sure it is worth the frustration trying to order product from them. I do not believe it should take more than a month to send the ordered product. I think that when the company representative states that he will "look into it and call back" that he should do exactly that. I wasn't given an option of still having the product sent to me. I was simply notified by e-mail that my order was cancelled "per my request."
I am quite disappointed in the service that I received from RBD. I would have expected better than that. Especially for a company that states they have been in business for 35 years. I would give a 4.5 or 5-star rating for the product. I would, at this point, give a -5 star rating for customer service. I am selecting a one-star rating in this format since I cannot select anything lower.
